Feliz Domingo gente linda, Dios les bendiga en gran manera, si te quedó de alguna comida algunas yucas cocidas hoy te muestro como hacer con ellas unas arepas rellenas con jamón y queso, además de ricas, se cocinan en menos de 10 minutos y en solo 3 pasos.

Solo necesitarás la yuca cocida y el relleno de tu preferencia, en este caso es jamón y queso.

Preparación

  • Rallar la yuca.
  • Amasa con un poquito de agua, que quede sin grumos y manejable.
  • Forma las arepas, en un sartén precalentado y engrasado colocalas a cocinar, como la yuca ya está cocida, tardarán entre 3 o 4 mn en dorar por cada lado.

Otra manera de preparación, es integrando queso rallado a la yuca, amasa y cocina.
