Good morning Hivers. This morning i will the sharing with you how I made this lovely kaftan with an touch of pleet design. The design was used for a birthday picture and I'm so glad the celebrant loved his kaftan.
MATERIALS USED
- fabrics (grey and navy blue)
- hair stay
- collar stay
- zip
CUTTING PROCESS
What I did first was getting a material to cut to shape b4 cutting the original fabrics
SEWING PROCESS
- What I did first was creating the pleat and it goes thus:
- Then I joined them together.
- Next I fixed the zip at the shoulder.
- Thereafter, I fixed the sleeve and the curve.
