Nah, I dont really think so.
Of course having some money is indeed important. Yet the longer I live, the more I see that life is about balance. That ever elusive balance. You know, trying to strike that perfect balance between work and play.
Or perhaps more apropos to life today, finding that sweet spot between being mindful of the risks of being in public today, yet still living our lives. So we just recently buried a relation. We went to see him a year ago. He was 93. We all enjoyed our visit and went back to our lives, no harm done, yet some eyebrows were raised. Now I am glad we took the chance and made the visit, our last visit. So the question becomes, if one was wanting to wait, how long do you wait? What if those involved just cannot wait? I am not even sure there are correct answers for such questions. More likely there is just a probability distribution. Seems like any event in life can be modeled using probability and statistics...almost takes the pizazz out of it, no?
Fall is in the air here in Michigan! Chilly both night and day now. I couldnt resist any longer and had to make the switch from shorts and tees to sweats! First day of Fall and I am already chilled to the bone. Seems it was just yesterday that is was 85-90! Now we are 45F tonight. I had to bring in my banana tree :(
The sumac are starting to turn already.
