Hola chicos, esta receta que les compartiré es la ensalada favorita de mi papá a él le encanta mucho el aguacate y el me enseñó a prepararla.

Hi guys, this recipe I'm going to share with you is my dad's favorite salad, he loves avocado and he taught me how to prepare it.

Ingredientes:

▪ 1/2 Aguacate
▪ 1/2 Cebolla de cabeza
▪ Cilantro
▪ Mayonesa (Al gusto
▪ Vinagre (Al gusto)
▪ Sal (Al gusto)

Ingredients:

▪ 1/2 avocado
▪ 1/2 Head onion
▪ Cilantro
▪ Mayonnaise (To taste
▪ Vinegar (To taste)
▪ Salt (To taste)

Preparation:

1.- Cortamos el aguacate en cubos, la cebolla en rodajas y el cilantro en trocitos.

2.- En un bold añadimos el aguacate, cebolla y cilantro.

3.- Luego le agregamos el vinagre, mayonesa y sal.

4.- Mezclamos dichos ingredientes.
