This is my entry for Photo Filters And Effect Contest by @bliss11 and @drakernoise. On this occasion I will participate with the photograph of a sparrow that I took while eating.
The following image was edited from my computer, with the GIMP editing program, using the vignette effect and configuring some parameters to achieve the desired result, making it look like a cartoon. For now it is only available for PC for Windows and Mac operating systems.
As we can see in the following image, it does not contain much quality or resolution, it was for that reason that I chose this photograph, since with this the final result will be noticed with more intensity, the objective with this was to improve a photograph that for technical reasons was not taken in an optimal way, demonstrating that with a little knowledge and some effects a satisfactory result can be obtained.
