Recientemente me vine a vivir a Brasil puesto que es el único país de Latinoamérica que actualmente ofrece a los venezolanos mejores oportunidades de hacer vida de manera legal.

I recently came to live in Brazil since it is the only country in Latin America that currently offers Venezuelans better opportunities to live legally.
Para ingresar a éste país puedes solicitar la condición de refugiado o residente temporal.
To enter this country you can apply for refugee or temporary resident status.
Refugiado: gozas de protección internacional, se puede estudiar y trabajar y facilita el proceso de naturalización. Generalmente se solicita cuando una persona es perseguida por su religión, raza, tilde político o se vulneran sus derechos humanos.
Residente: Es la más solicitada. Tienes todos los derechos y deberes de un ciudadano brasileño. Tiene un periodo de duración de 2 años. Una vez solicites la residencia debes esperar 3 meses para obtener tu cédula la cual se retira en la policia federal de la ciudad donde vives. Mientras tanto te otorgan un documento denominado Protocolo avalado por las autoridades brasileñas para que puedas permanecer de manera legal en éste país.
- Refugee: *You enjoy international protection, you can study and work and it facilitates the naturalization process. It is generally requested when a person is persecuted for their religion, race, political character or their human rights are violated.
- Resident: It is the most requested. You have all the rights and duties of a Brazilian citizen. It has a duration of 2 years. Once you apply for residency, you must wait 3 months to obtain your identity card, which is withdrawn from the federal police in the city where you live. Meanwhile they give you a document called a Protocol endorsed by the Brazilian authorities so that you can stay legally in this country.
Para poder solicitar refugio o residencia debes reunir una serie de requisitos.
Con tu cédula laminada venezolana vigente y partida de nacimiento. (No es necesario legalizar) puedes ingresar a éste país (siempre y cuando estén abiertas las fronteras ) y optar por alguna de éstas dos opciones de permanencia. Los demás requisitos puedes solicitarlos en Operação Acolhida en Pacaraima frontera con Venezuela.
In order to apply for refuge or residence, you must meet a series of requirements.
With your valid laminated Venezuelan ID and birth certificate. (It is not necessary to legalize) you can enter this country (as long as the borders are open) and choose one of these two options of permanence. You can request the other requirements at Operação Acolhida in Pacaraima, border with Venezuela.
Entre los requisitos que puedes gestionar en las instalaciones de Operação Acolhida son prueba de covid, permiso para circular en el país sino tienes pasaporte, vacunas, charlas referidas a los tipos de permanencia en Brasil, pasar por las autoridades de migración, solicitar protocolo por la policia federal, Registro de personas físicas y registrarte en la ACNUR.
Among the requirements that you can manage at the Operação Acolhida facilities are proof of covid, permission to circulate in the country if you do not have a passport, vaccinations, talks regarding the types of stay in Brazil, go through the migration authorities, request protocol through the Federal Police, Registry of natural persons and register with the UNHCR.
Una vez consigas tu pase para iniciar tu proceso te irán orientando hasta que logres el objetivo.
Once you get your pass to start your process, they will guide you until you achieve the objective.
Debes tener en cuenta que este proceso puede durar varios días razón por la que te sugiero que traigas el dinero suficiente para mantenerte mientras te encuentres gestionando tus papeles y permisos y por supuesto paciencia.
Te recomiendo que antes de venir te coloques la vacuna contra la fiebre amarilla con anticipación ya que si no la tienes puedes colocartela acá pero debes esperar 15 días para poder moverte a tu ciudad de destino. Si padeces de alguna condición de salud tráete tu informe médico podría ayudarte muchísimo además de ir aprendiendo portugués, en Pacaraima se habla más español pero si planificas radicarte en el interior debes aprenderlo además que puedes obtener mejores oportunidades de trabajo y por supuesto debes traerte grandes dosis de fe y entusiasmo no debes de venir sin ellos.
Una vez obtengas todos tus documentos debes guardarlos como un tesoro ya que son importantísimos.
