Firstly let me tell you the benefits of soyabean.Soya chunks are known for various health benefits.Soya is full of polyunsaturated fats, proteins and omega 3 fatty acids.They are also rich in calcium and iron while providing no extra sugar or sodium to the body.It is known for high protein content- its exceeds than eggs, meat, milk.

Soyabean pakora recipe:

Ingridients

Grated boiled soyabean-
Onion-1medium size finely chopped
Green chilli - 3 finely chopped
Besan/chikpea flour-2tbsp
Turmeric powder-half tbsp
Salt-according to your taste
Ginger garlic paste-half tbsp
Oil-1cup

Method:

-Mix all the ingredients well and keep it for 30mins before frying
-Heat up the oil and let it get warm
-Make pakora in the shape you want,i made it in round shape
-Then fry it on medium flame for 5mins
