Chocolate Peanut Clusters

If you are a chocolate and nut lover like me, you will love these chocolate peanut clusters!

I love chocolate so much, I even have a whole category entitled All Things Chocolate here on my blog. And what goes great with chocolate? Peanuts of course! It is so fun making these chocolate peanut clusters. They are very versatile. If you don’t like peanuts, use almonds, walnuts, cashews, or pecans!

Use your favorite chocolate with these, milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet, dark, candy melts, chocolate wafers, etc. And they are so incredibly easy to make, start to finish they are ready in under 30 minutes. If I can do it, you can do it. Let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate, chocolate chips, chocolate bars, candy melts, candy coating, etc. (170g) the amount doesn’t have to be exact
  • 3/4 cup of peanuts or cashews, almonds, pecans, or walnuts (190g) the amount doesn’t have to be exact

Instructions

Melt the chocolate either in the microwave or use the double-boiler method. If using the microwave, use bursts of 30 seconds on high, then stir the chocolate, then repeat, until nice and melted.

Add the peanuts or other choice of nuts to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined and coated.

Line a cookie sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-covered peanuts on to it.
You should be able to get around 12 of them. If you like sprinkle smaller crushed up nuts on top.

Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, until set. Then drizzle white chocolate on top. The drizzle is optional. Easy as that. Enjoy!
