Yummy French Toast Fries Recipe

Today I will give you a recipe for a food that I love very much.
French toast fries.

I love to eat toast for breakfast. I normally barely finish 1 slice of bread for breakfast. But I think I can eat 3-4 slices when I have french toast. Maybe more.

When I was little, my mother used to make egg bread to evaluate stale bread. It was very reasonable.

Now, if the bread is close to stale and we can't finish, what if I put it in the freezer? Or I fry it like this and make it for breakfast. Of course, I don't expect stale bread for this flavor. I also make fresh bread. :)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 5-6 slices of bread
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • Salt

PROCESS:

First, we break 2 eggs into a container. Add the flour and whisk nicely.
After whipping the eggs and flour, add 1 cup of water. We're beating it up again. It's not supposed to be a very solid mixture. If it's solid, you can add a little more water.

You can also use milk instead of water. I don't prefer milk. Bread is softer when you use milk. Soft lovers may prefer. I use water because I want it to be crispy.

After getting the egg mixture, we throw the bread into it respectively and mix it with this mixture. We have to get it all over the bread.

Then we put some oil in the pan and fry the oil. We put the bread in the pan to fry. We make it blush beautifully by turning it often.

Let's first take a napkin to pull the butter out of the fried bread. You can serve it after you've pulled out the oil.

Yumurta ve unu ├ž─▒rpt─▒ktan sonra 1 ├žay barda─č─▒ kadar su kat─▒yoruz. Tekrar iyice ├ž─▒rp─▒yoruz. ├çok kat─▒ bir kar─▒┼č─▒m olmamas─▒ gerekiyor. E─čer kat─▒ olduysa biraz daha su ekleyebilirsiniz.

Su yerine s├╝t de kullanabilirsiniz. Ben s├╝t kullanmay─▒ tercih etmiyorum. S├╝t kullan─▒nca ekmek daha yumu┼čak oluyor. Yumu┼čak sevenler tercih edebilir. Ben ├ž─▒t─▒r olmas─▒n─▒ istedi─čim i├žin su kullan─▒yorum.

Yumurtal─▒ kar─▒┼č─▒m─▒ elde ettikten sonra ekmekleri s─▒ras─▒yla i├žine at─▒p bu kar─▒┼č─▒mla kar─▒┼čt─▒r─▒yoruz. Ekme─čin her taraf─▒na bula┼čt─▒rmal─▒y─▒z.

Daha sonra tavaya biraz ya─č koyup ya─č─▒ k─▒zd─▒r─▒yoruz. Ekmekleri k─▒zartmak i├žin tavaya al─▒yoruz. S─▒k s─▒k ├ževirerek g├╝zelce k─▒zarmas─▒n─▒ sa─čl─▒yoruz.

K─▒zaran ekmekler ya─č─▒n─▒ ├žekmesi i├žin ├Ânce bir pe├žeteye alal─▒m. Ya─č─▒n─▒ ├žektikten sonra servis edebilirsiniz.
