Homemade Yummy Hamburger (EN-TR)

Hello friends. ­čśÄ Today I'm going to talk about making hamburgers at home. There are people like me who love hamburgers. So I think it would be nice to make it ourselves at home.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Hamburger bread
  • Meatball
  • Cucumber pickle
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cheddar cheese

I make the meatballs myself and put them in the freezer. That's very practical when you need some and it's healthier when you make it at home yourself. You can do it that way, too.

Ingredients for meatballs:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • Some breadcrumbs
  • Thyme
  • Paprika
  • Pepper

PROCESS:

First, we chop tomatoes and pickle and then we prepare all our ingredients. Then we squeeze ketchup and mayonnaise inside our hamburger bread, spread and mix it up. Half our bread is now filled with a ketchup mayonnaise mixture.

We put the pickles, tomatoes and lettuce on the side where the ketchup and mayonnaise mixture is.

Then we move on to the process of frying our meatballs. We fry it slowly at medium heat. After the inside of the meatball is also cooked well, you can fry it at high heat for a short time in order to let the cheddar cheese melt easily on them.

After our meatballs are fried, we put the cheddar cheese on top of the meatballs and let it melt.

We cover other halves of the bread on the melted cheese. That way, the other halves of the bread also gets heated.

I put 2 cheddar cheese on each bread. After making our Hamburgers, we heat the hamburger breads a little in the pan.

That way, the lower parts become slightly crispy. But you have to be careful here. Take it out of the pan using a spatula not to burn your hands. So here's.
I fry potatoes and cheese croquettes with the hamburgers, too. It's really quite delicious. You can try it this way yourself .
