Delicious Lentil Soup Recipe (EN-TR)

Hello everyone. ­čśÄ I'm here with a new recipe. Lentil soup. It is my favorite.
The high level of magnesium, potassium, calcium and the vitamins in lentil makes this delicious soup also a very healthy food.

With its high fiber content, lentils are good for the intestines and regulate the functioning of the large intestines. It also prevents anemia thanks to the high amount of iron and folic acid it contains.

Moreover, potassium in it has high blood pressure lowering effects. Lentil also has healing effects on hemorrhoids and other large intestine problems. As you can see, lentil soup is so healthy.

The preparation of lentil soup can take different forms. My recipe is very simple. Let me explain right away.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of red lentils
1 onion
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt
Chili pepper

PROCESS:

First, we wash a glass of lentils. We chop the onions in large pieces. We add one tablespoon of butter into our pot and let it melt.

Then we add the onions and fry it for a while. After the onions are lightly fried, we add our tomato paste and fry it for some time.

We add the washed lentils into the pot and pour boiled water into the pot, the amount of boiled water to be added can be a little more than half of the pot.

We leave it to boil until the lentils and onions in it are completely soft. After the ingredients are softened, we crush them with a mixer until they are smooth.

We add a little more boiled water after mixing work finishes. For the right consistency, you can adjust the boiled water amount as much as you wish.

There are also those who do not add tomato paste in lentil soup. You can prefer that too. I add it because my husband and I love tomato paste. ­čĄŚ
I also sometimes add 1 carrot. The taste changes slightly when you add carrots. I guess we like it more when it's carrot free. So this time I did it without carrots. But if you add it, it can be healthier. You can try it that way too. ­čśŐ This recipe I made is very simple. I think it tastes delicious, too.

├ľnce bir bardak mercime─či y─▒k─▒yoruz. So─čanlar─▒ b├╝y├╝k├že do─čruyoruz. Tenceremize bir ├žorba ka┼č─▒─č─▒ tereya─č─▒ ekleyip erimeye b─▒rak─▒yoruz.

Daha sonra so─čanlar─▒ ekleyip birazc─▒k kavuruyoruz. So─čanlar hafif kavrulduktan sonra sal├žam─▒z─▒ ekleyip biraz da ├Âyle kavuruyoruz.
