An addition of one more life has been made to our large family as my elder sister put to bed giving us a new bouncing baby girl.
The series of events that took place during the pregnancy and the complications that followed afterwards made the mum decide that her babies name is testimony.
A tribal name of 'Ebokondu' an Idoma word for peace was the girls second name. We have hoped that through this child faith and fate will restore the peace in the family.
Its a Nigerian culture where people enjoy giving prophetic names to their children.
This is my first encounter with the baby, a dark skin tiny and pretty looking woman 🤗☺ she warms my heart so much with the only expression of I am hungry all the time.
There is a whole lot to been a parent and mothers should be giving extra applause for been able to cater for this young little lives.
You have to learn babies vital signs and notice the slightest change in their behavior in order to detect pain hunger how your baby feels and every other thing that may be wrong with them
The part that scares me the most is the bathing section, while babies are slippery on their own, you still add extra slippery soup to wash the up, and even at this point that slippery baby must never fall.
Have you learnt how to change a diaper, sing lullaby and make carton items?... Better get ready if you are planning to become a parent soon.
