Great progress has been made...just wish we've learned our lesson.

Ever since the Steemit / Steem / Tron / Hive saga started, almost every single individual that was invested in STEEM, has kept themselves busy trying to understand and be informed through numerous publications both on and off chain what would be more beneficial for their needs.

The smart ones have fully migrated to Hive...

....and at the same time they keep a close eye on Steem and Justin Sun's next moves because regardless of the size of one's wallet everyone will have to go through these 13 weeks of uncertainty till our funds (at least for those that have initiated a power down procedure) are safe and sound...

I mean...how knows...these days it is accustomed to be censored on Steem if you dare being vocal about HIVE or if Justin simply doesn't like your content....

And when I say censored I mean censored as fuck. Like, not being able to integrate with the Steem blockchain at all.

There is a list that keeps growing. Hopefully those on that list still have access to their Steem wallets...for now...

But who knows...tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, Justin might have different plans and everything you've been working for all these years could end up being nullified...just saying...

If there's one word that describes what I am feeling right now, it should be uncertainty.

I can only imagine how big investors such as @theycallmedan or more recently @darthknight should feel right now.

It's going to be a grind...and a relief...week after week.

You might think I am overreacting, right? Well, nobody expected the ninja mined stake to determine the governance on Steem too...not that it would be used to upvote / downvote posts.

Nobody expected that users who have been on Steem since its very early days would be banned for life either, right?

Be prepared for everything...especially mentally...

I really like this transition, I really do. I just hope that we've learned from our mistakes...

Not everyone around here cares about decentralization. There are hobbyists too. People that despite they've migrated to Hive they don't care about stuff such as "governance" ...

And I have to be honest with ya all.

I really like the idea of a DAO that is flourishing with funds for any kind of development required so that Hive can become all those things Steem didn't...but as long as that huge stake is "alive" it is also a "threat".

This stake should by nullified...but that's just me I guess...

Who controls that account again? And...what if...just if...they decide that this stake should be used to determine this or that...?

Also... since there is such a big amount available for those whose proposals have been approved, is there a reason for that 10% cut from authors posts? Why should we keep funding an already extremely wealthy account daily, one that will take years before it drains out?

Other than that I think that things on Hive play out extremely well at the moment and if those behind the scenes keep working with the same passion so that we, average users, can enjoy all those great stuff they are building, then success shall be the only reasonable outcome from this.

I know that we are at the very beginning but hey...HIVE is already a top 60 coin...expect more eyeball on HIVE as the time goes by...

Have a good one peeps.
