Les cuento que últimamente me he dado cuenta que mis recetas de cocina han mejorado un poco así que en este post les voy a mostrar una cena que prepare hace días muy sencilla pero que a la mayoría de las personas les encanta, sobre todo a los niños.
I tell you that lately I've realized that my cooking recipes have improved a bit so in this post I'm going to show you a dinner that I prepared days ago very simply but that most people love, especially children.
Este es un talento que no sabia que poseía y que gracias a la cuarentena pude descubrir, mis platillos ahora saben mejor que antes y no solo lo digo yo, sino mis comensales mas importantes, mis niños y mi pareja @rodrikun17, esto es gracias a que durante mi encierro me dedique a preparar las comidas con un poco mas dedicación y probar algunos sabores diferentes de especies e ingredientes que ahora le dan un mejor toque a mis platos.
This is a talent that I did not know I possessed and that thanks to the quarantine I was able to discover, my dishes now taste better than before and not only do I say this, but my most important diners, my children and my partner @rodrikun17, this is thanks to the fact that during my confinement I dedicated myself to prepare the meals with a little more dedication and try some different flavors of spices and ingredients that now give a better touch to my dishes.
Por supuesto a todos les encanta que ahora pueden disfrutar con mas gusto cada alimento que les preparo y sobre todo su es su plato favorito. Nos encanta salir a comer juntos pollo con papas, pero este día decidí hacerlo en casa yo misma como cena especial, para consentir a los niños y así probar si tendría un sabor similar al que compramos en el restaurant.
Of course everyone loves that now they can enjoy with more taste each food that I prepare for them and above all their favorite dish. We love to go out and eat chicken and potatoes together, but this day I decided to make it at home myself as a special dinner, to pamper the kids and try if it would taste similar to the one we bought at the restaurant.
Es un plato muy fácil y sencillo, además de rico. Así que les mostrare como fue el proceso y lo que utilice:
It is a very easy and simple dish, as well as tasty. So I will show you how the process went and what I used:
- Pollo
- Papas
- Adobo
- Comino
- Mostaza
- Pimienta
- Orégano
- Aceite
- Pan rallado o harina de trigo
- Dos huevos
- Sal al gusto
- Chicken
- Potatoes
- Adobo
- Cumin
- Mustard
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Oil
- Bread crumbs or wheat flour
- Two eggs
- Salt to taste
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION
- Lavar las papas, pelarlas y cortarlas en tiras.
-Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into strips.
- Limpiar bien el pollo para luego condimentarlo con las especies que mencioné anteriormente: adobo, mostaza, pimienta, orégano y sal al gusto, dejarlo reposar por 15 minutos.
- Clean the chicken well and then season it with the spices I mentioned before: marinade, mustard, pepper, oregano and salt to taste. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Preparar en bol el pan rallado o la harina de trigo con pimienta.
- Prepare in a bowl the breadcrumbs or the wheat flour with pepper.
- En otro bol batir los dos huevos y agregarle un poco de orégano y mostaza.
- In another bowl beat the two eggs and add a little oregano and mustard.
- En un sartén colocar suficiente aceite y calentarlo bien para freír las papas.
- Put enough oil in a frying pan and heat it well to fry the potatoes.
- Luego pasar el pollo por el huevo y luego por el pan rallado o harina de trigo y freír bien.
- Then pass the chicken through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs or wheat flour and fry it well.
