Hola mis amores, hoy me complace realizar mi primera iniciativa la cual vengo desde hace un tiempo queriendo lanzar pero por deberes personales lo estaba posponiendo pero ahora que me libere un poco quiero hacerla y espero que todos se animen a participar.
Hello my loves, today I am pleased to make my first initiative which I have been wanting to launch for some time but due to personal duties I was postponing it but now that I free myself a little I want to do it and I hope that everyone is encouraged to participate.

Sin más que acotar espero que se motiven a participar y aquí les dejo mi entrada para dar el ejemplo:
1.- ¿Tienes una ballena Favorita?- si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.
La verdad es que sí, hay 1 ballena y 2 orcas que son mis consentidas.
Esta la ballena @blocktrades, y las orcas @appreciator y @cervantes, estas son mis consentidas motivado a su trayectoria, son proyectos que han venido dejando rastro desde hace muchos años, nos brindan apoyo constante sin pedir nada a cambio y la verdad es que son grandes proyectos que van de la mano en nuestro día a día, apoyando e impulsando nuevas actividades.

1.- Do you have a favorite whale - if the answer is yes, explain why.
The truth is yes, there is 1 whale and 2 orcas that are my favorites.
There is the whale @blocktrades, and the orcas @appreciator and @cervantes, these are my favorites because of their trajectory, they are projects that have been leaving their mark for many years, they give us constant support without asking anything in return and the truth is that they are great projects that go hand in hand in our day to day, supporting and promoting new activities.
2.- ¿Si pudieras ser una ballena que sería lo primero que harías?
La verdad es que si yo me convirtiera en una ballena, lo primero que haría es comunicarme con varios proyectos para crear cosas juntos y seguir apoyando a los diferentes usuarios que crean contenido a diario para formar a los futuros delfines que son varios los que van en buen camino.
3.- ¿Siendo una ballena apoyarías a alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario?
Si, actualmente no estoy ni cerca de ser una ballena, pero trabajo a diario con mi proyecto @mayvileros para ir fortaleciendo y trabajar en conjunto con varias comunidades y proyectos aliados como lo son: @hispapro, @laradio , #lovinghive y los que toquen mi puerta.
4.- ¿Cuáles son los usuarios que consideras que son los próximos delfines dentro de nuestra blockchain?
Jajajaja la verdad es que vengo siguiendo muy de cerca a varios usuarios, unos porque los he visto crecer desde que llegaron a Hive y otros porque la verdad me encanta lo que traen a Hive día tras día y creo que son los futuros delfines si siguen con su constancia y ellos son:

5.- ¿Te gustaría formar parte de algún proyecto o comunidad? - si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.
Actualmente ya formo parte de una como lo mencioné arriba la cual es la comunidad @mayvileros pero si me encantaría trabajar en conjunto con varios proyectos o simplemente seguir colaborando con los diferentes usuarios que han creado iniciativas que se han venido ejecutando, en las que he participado con la curación y formando parte de los patrocinantes de esos eventos (cosa que me encanta).
6.- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenido constantemente?
Lo que más me gusta de Hive es que hay tantas cosas para hacer que uno nunca se aburre, es solo cuestión de buscar bien y adentrarse en los proyectos para conocer gente muy agradable y participar en la gran variedad de actividades que se realizan semana tras semana, unas en vivo, otras en audio por discord y otras por vía de publicaciones.
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es que hay proyectos de cambio que nos facilitan demasiado el poder cambiar nuestros ingresos y la verdad es que uno de esos proyectos que siempre me brinda este servicio a la rapidez de un rayo es mi gente de @orinoco, su plataforma es muy fácil de utilizar y no hay forma de que salgamos estafados, te responden muy rápido por Telegram y también están por discord.
7.- ¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas?
EL consejo que les podría dar es que no se llenen de avaricia, que por mas ingreso monetario que van a llegar a tener no solo piensen en eso, vean a los lados, intenten abrir sus brazos para motivar a la cantidad de usuarios posibles y asi la plataforma seguirá siendo un lugar que le da empleo a muchos ciudadanos que en estos momentos son muchos los que se han unido porque perdieron sus ingresos estables por la pandemia.
Deleguen Hive Power en leves cantidades para que otros proyectos también podamos ir apoyando y crear la cadena de apoyo y unión, ya que si apoyamos siempre a los mismos usuarios se verá muy extraño y la idea no es que se conozcan por quejas sino por las buenas acciones que realizan.
2.- If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
The truth is that if I became a whale, the first thing I would do is to communicate with several projects to create things together and continue to support the different users who create content daily to train future dolphins that are several who are on the right track.
3.- Being a whale would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?
Yes, Currently I am not even close to being a whale, but I work daily with my project @mayvileros to strengthen and work together with several communities and allied projects such as: @hispapro, @laradio , #lovinghive and those who knock on my door.
4.- Which users do you consider to be the next dolphins in our blockchain?
Hahahaha the truth is that I have been following very closely several users, some because I have seen them grow since they came to Hive and others because I really love what they bring to Hive day after day and I think they are the future dolphins if they continue with their perseverance and they are:

5.- Would you like to be part of any project or community? - If the answer is yes, explain why.
Currently I am already part of one as I mentioned above which is the community @mayvileros but if I would love to work together with several projects or simply continue collaborating with different users who have created initiatives that have been running, in which I have participated with the curation and being part of the sponsors of these events (which I love).
6.- What do you like the most about Hive to create content constantly?
What I like most about Hive is that there are so many things to do that you never get bored, it's just a matter of searching well and getting into the projects to meet very nice people and participate in the wide variety of activities that take place week after week, some live, others on audio discord and others by way of publications.
Another thing that I really like is that there are exchange projects that make it very easy for us to change our income and the truth is that one of those projects that always gives me this service at lightning speed is my people from @orinoco, their platform is very easy to use and there is no way to get scammed, they respond very quickly by Telegram and they are also on discord.
7.- Do you have any advice for current or future whales?
The advice I could give them is not to be filled with greed, that no matter how much money they are going to have, do not only think about that, look to the sides, try to open your arms to motivate as many users as possible and thus the platform will continue to be a place that employs many citizens who are currently many who have joined because they lost their steady income by the pandemic.
Delegate Hive Power in small quantities so that other projects can also be supported and create a chain of support and union, because if we always support the same users it will look very strange and the idea is not to be known by complaints but by the good deeds they do.
8.- Menciona esos proyectos que más te apoyan y cuéntanos que es lo que mas te gusta de todo lo que hacen.
La verdad es que ahorita vengo con una mala racha porque no he recibido casi apoyo, son muy pocos los post que me leen o apoyan y eso desmotiva, sin embargo, siempre voy a dejar en alto a los proyectos @cervantes, #gems, @hispapro (porque su nivel de constancia a sido muy brutal, están muy activos y motivados a crear siempre algo nuevo en lo que podamos participar) en conjunto con @aliento, @hivemexico y @fuerza-hispana.
8.- Mention those projects that support you the most and tell us what you like the most about what they do.
The truth is that right now I'm going through a rough patch because I haven't received much support, there are very few posts that read or support me and that's demotivating, however, I will always leave the projects @cervantes, #gems, @hispapro (because their level of perseverance has been very brutal, they are very active and motivated to always create something new in which we can participate) together with @aliento, @hivemexico and @fuerza-hispana.
9.- Si no estuviésemos en pandemia te gustaría participar en algún Meetup dentro de tu ciudad o país actual?
Claro que sí, en los que hagan aquí en mi Ciudad Caracas y pues si Dios nos los permite poder ir a conocer a otros usuarios de los demás estados. Desde que ando en estas blockchain me encanta el tema de los Meetup mundiales que se realizan anualmente, siento que algún día podre asistir a alguno de esos y poder compartir en persona con varios usuarios potentes y así aprender mucho más de todo este mundo de las criptomonedas.

9.- If we were not in pandemic would you like to participate in any Meetup in your current city or country?
Of course I would, in the ones they do here in my city Caracas and if God allows us to meet other users from other states. Since I'm in this blockchain I love the theme of the worldwide Meetups that are held annually, I feel that someday I will be able to attend one of those and share in person with several powerful users and learn much more about this whole world of cryptocurrencies.
