Hello everyone!
Today, I want to share with you my new artwork for InkTober 2021 drawing challenge day 24 with the theme "Extinct".
From the theme, it is quite clear that work has to do with something that no longer exists. I wanted to draw a dragon but I had a rethought. Dragons were more of a folklore and believe with no clear evidence of if they actually existed. Thereafter, I stumbled upon this one called Mammoth here .
Here, I drew an extinct creature that is believed to once lived about 5000 years ago. This particular specie is called wolooly mammoth.
It has a resemblance of an elephant but some distinctive features differentiate them. Mammoths are hairy and possess long and curvy trunks. They were also slightly larger than this days elephants.
