Hola comunidad♡ Hay días que nos provoca comer algo diferente, personalmente me encanta la pizza pero no quería preparar la masa porque eso lleva tiempo. Así que decidí ir a la panadería y preparar unos panes pizza.

Anteriormente en otra publicación explique como preparar la salsa de tomate pero acá daré una explicación rápida. Se ponen a hervir los tomates tiene que ser una buena cantidad, entre 8 o 10. Luego se le agrega, orégano, ajo y una hoja de laurel. Se deja cocinar por 40 minutos. Después que haya transcurrido este tiempo se licuan los tomates agregando sal y azúcar al gusto.
Previously in another publication I explained how to prepare the tomato sauce but here I will give a quick explanation. Boil the tomatoes, it has to be a good quantity, between 8 or 10. Then add oregano, garlic and a bay leaf. Let it cook for 40 minutes. After this time has elapsed, blend the tomatoes adding salt and sugar to taste.
Ahora para preparar los panes pizza. Se pican los panes de hamburguesas y se le agrega la salsa de tomate.
Now to prepare the pizza breads. Chop the hamburger buns and add the tomato sauce.
Después se le agrega el queso rallado.
Then add the grated cheese.
Luego se le agrega el pimentón y la salchicha finamente picada.
Then add the paprika and the finely chopped sausage.
Por ultimo se llevan al horno hasta que el queso se gratine y listo.
Finally they are baked in the oven until the cheese is gratinized and ready.
