My name is María Stéfany Romero Fereira and I was born in Maracaibo, Zulia state; although I have lived most of my life in Cumaná, Sucre state. I will write a little about that.
My parents, Iria Fereira and Luis Romero, were born in Zulia and Cumaná respectively. They met in a church in Cumaná, studied together about the Bible, became sweethearts, and then decided to get married in my mother's homeland, Zulia. Approximately one year after my parents got married, I was born in Maracaibo, capital of the state of Zulia, the most important economic center of western Venezuela, due to the oil industry that is developed there.
This city is well known in the country for its culture and the familiarity among its inhabitants, since most of them are "cousins of yours", the treatment among all of them is very fraternal. When a Maracucho is in another state of the country, he stands out for his vocabulary and his particular way of speaking.
Christmas traditions are very accepted in the nation, since we all have the use of hallacas, ham bread, cream punch, black cake and macarronada. The most characteristic of this area are the gaitas marabinas, which are part of the Christmas culture of Venezuela.
In this very special city I had the privilege of being born and spending part of my childhood, and then we continued to go there as visitors almost every year on vacations.

Por la ayuda de Dios y Sus misericordias cada mañana, comencé a leer sobre esta gran y bendecida comunidad, la cual conocí por @semillasdeamor.
Mi nombre es María Stéfany Romero Fereira y nací en Maracaibo estado Zulia; aunque he vivido gran parte de mi vida en Cumaná estado Sucre. Les escribiré un poco sobre eso.
Mis padres, Iria Fereira y Luis Romero, nacidos en el Zulia y Cumaná respectivamente. Se conocieron en una iglesia en Cumaná, estudiaron juntos sobre la Biblia, se hicieron novios, y luego para casarse decidieron hacerlo en la tierra natal de mi mamá, Zulia. Aproximadamente un año después de que mis padres se casaran nací yo, en Maracaibo, capital del estado Zulia, centro económico más importante del occidente de Venezuela, por la industria petrolera que se desarrolla allí.
Esta ciudad por su cultura y por la familiaridad que se tienen entre sus habitantes es reconocida en el país, ya que la mayoría son “primos tuyos”, el trato entre todos es muy fraternal. Cuando un maracucho está en otro estado del país resalta por su vocabulario y su ánimo al hablar tan particular.
Las tradiciones en navidad son muy aceptadas en la nación, ya que todos tenemos el uso de las hallacas, pan de jamón, ponche de crema, torta negra y la macarronada. Lo más característico de esta zona son las gaitas marabinas, que son parte de la cultura navideña de Venezuela.
En esta ciudad tan especial tuve el privilegio de nacer y pasar parte de mi niñez, y luego continuábamos yendo como visitantes casi todos los años en vacaciones.

When the three of us came to Cumana, another city with a lot of folklore and joy, first born of the American continent, land of very loving people who make you part of their family without knowing you very well and without prejudice. They always offer you coffee with its respective fried fish and cassava, if you visit at breakfast or lunch time.
In this beautiful land, full of beach, sun and sea, also of river like the Manzanares River that crosses the city and the San Juan River; we live in such a way that we can admire God's creation every morning, when we wake up, as we walk through the day, and at dusk.
Cuando nosotros tres nos vinimos a Cumaná, otra ciudad con mucho folklore y alegría, primogénita del continente Americano, tierra de personas también muy cariñosas que te hacen parte de su familia sin conocerte mucho y sin prejuicios. Te ofrecen siempre el cafecito con su respectivo pescado frito y casabe, si visitas en hora de desayuno o almuerzo.
En esta tierra hermosa, llena de playa, sol y mar, también de río como es el río manzanares que atraviesa la ciudad y el río San Juan; se vive de tal forma que podemos admirar la creación de Dios cada mañana, al despertar, al andar del día, y al anochecer.

I thank God for allowing me to know Him and to learn to love more and more each day all that He gives us, especially His nature.
I am a Christian, more specifically a Baptist, and I love every day to learn from God's Word and His teachings. Every day the one who learns of His truth and His love is becoming a better person, fuller, happier with the daily provision He offers, and able to admire His eternal power and deity.
All these things and the union of two cultures have created in me a sentimental and extroverted character, which has allowed me to serve God by helping and teaching others in the activities in which I am involved.
Oh, I still haven't told you about me that I studied Telecommunications Engineering in a civil-military university, where I learned besides my career, discipline and dedication in what I did. Then I studied a degree in Theology at a national theological seminary that has allowed me to have the joy of teaching and working both in the church and outside of it.
Doy gracias a Dios por permitirme conocerle y aprender a amar, cada día más todo lo que nos da, y en especial Su naturaleza.
Soy cristiana, más específicamente bautista, y me gusta cada día aprender de la Palabra de Dios y Sus enseñanzas. Cada día el que aprende de Su verdad y Su amor se va perfeccionando hasta ser mejor persona, estar más lleno, feliz con la provisión diaria que Él ofrece y lograr admirar Su eterno poder y deidad.
Todas estas cosas y la unión de dos culturas han creado en mí un carácter sentimental y extrovertido, que me ha permitido servir a Dios ayudando y enseñando a otros en las actividades en que me desenvuelvo.
Ah, todavía no te he contado acerca de mí que estudié ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones en una universidad cívico-militar, donde aprendía aparte de mí carrera, la disciplina y dedicación en lo que hacía. Luego estudié Licenciatura en Teología en un seminario teológico nacional que me ha permitido tener la dicha de dar clases y trabajar tanto en la iglesia como fuera de ella.

In all my life God has allowed me to have the opportunity to learn in totally different areas but useful for all good work, which I want and I am happy to share with you.
I love music, writing, art, food and especially Dulce!
The first thing I learned since I was a child was the Word of God, something that I am constantly learning every day, and allows me to reflect and fill myself spiritually and therefore also physically. These reflections will be shared on this prestigious platform.

En toda mi vida Dios ha permitido tener la oportunidad de aprender en áreas totalmente diferentes pero útiles para toda buena obra, las cuales quiero y estoy gustosa de compartirla con ustedes.
Me gusta la música, la escritura, el arte, la comida ¡y en especial el Dulce!.
Lo primero que aprendí desde pequeña fue la Palabra de Dios, cosa que cada día estoy en constante aprendizaje, y me permite reflexionar y llenarme en lo espiritual y también por consiguiente en lo físico. Estas reflexiones serán compartidas en esta prestigiosa plataforma.
Luego desde muy joven aprendí a tocar en la flauta dulce y el piano canciones muy bonitas y fáciles les mostraré para que puedan gozarse y compartir en sus casas o con otros cuando las aprendan.
En el área infantil y juvenil, Dios me ha permitido trabajar por varios años con niños y jóvenes donde se les enseñan manualidades, juegos y actividades recreativas.
Actualmente estoy muy emocionada con algo nuevo para mí en vida, que es el arte culinario, en especial el criollo y económico, cosa que aprenderán con el favor de Dios todos mis amigos de Hive, ya que con pocos ingredientes o varios ingredientes pero accesibles a la economía de muchos, podremos hacer meriendas, postres, jugos, tés, y algunas comidas que sacarán de apuros a muchos ya que a mí me han sacado de apuro.
Aquí estoy disfrazada de enfermera del futuro para una actividad con niños.

Now, I have not been able to do all this without the support of God and my family. My husband, with whom I have been married for about 3 years and have known for 18 years, has been a fundamental piece in my personal and spiritual growth and with whom I have shared many happy and learning moments in life.
My parents and sister who since I was born have guided me on God's path and supported me in all areas of my life, they have been through thick and thin with me and I will always be grateful to God for them.

Ahora, todo esto no lo he podido hacer sin el apoyo de Dios y de mi familia. Mi esposo con el cual llevo aproximadamente 3 años de casados y 18 años conociéndolo ha sido pieza fundamental en mi crecimiento tanto personal como espiritual y con el cual he compartido muchos momentos felices y de aprendizaje en la vida.
Mis padres y mi hermana quienes desde que nací me han guiado por el camino de Dios y me han apoyado en todas las áreas de mi vida, han estado en las buenas y malas conmigo y siempre estaré agradecida a Dios por ellos.
