A veces queremos prepararnos algo diferente y no sabemos que hacer porque sencillamente no tenemos los ingredientes tal cual lo lleva una receta, me pasa en ocasiones. Pero hoy simplemente abrí la nevera y me encontré con un poquito de masa de harina de trigo que había quedado de anoche y aún tenía jamón y queso y me dije vamos a ver qué hacemos con esto, y fue así que hice este rico enrollado de harina de trigo con jamón y queso. No sabía ni como llamarlo 😄 😄 vamos a ver cómo lo preparamos, espero le guste.

Sometimes we want to prepare something different and we don't know what to do because we simply don't have the ingredients as they are in a recipe, it happens to me sometimes. But today I just opened the fridge and I found a little bit of wheat flour dough that was left over from last night and I still had ham and cheese and I said to myself let's see what we can do with this, and that's how I made this delicious wheat flour roll with ham and cheese. I didn't even know what to call it 😄 😄 let's see how to prepare it, I hope you like it.
Ingredientes:
Una pelotita de harina de trigo.
Jamón rallado y queso mozzarella.

En el mesón después de limpiarlo agregue un poco de harina de trigo y esparcí y luego coloque allí la masa y con un vaso estire lo más delgado que se pudo, y por uno de los lados coloque el jamón y el queso.
On the counter after cleaning it, add a little wheat flour and spread it and then place the dough there and with a glass stretch it as thin as possible, and on one of the sides place the ham and cheese.
Luego lo enrolle u con un cuchillo abrí una ranura en el medio y después volví a enrollar en forma de golfeado por último añadí más jamón y queso por encima y lo lleve al horno por 10 minutos.
Then I rolled it up and with a knife I opened a slit in the middle and then rolled it again in the shape of a golfeado. Finally I added more ham and cheese on top and baked it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Y así quedó este pequeño enrollado de jamón y queso, un invento muy rico para un buen desayuno.
