Después de una semana intensa llegó el domingo un día para descansar en casa y liberar estrés, después del desayuno nos instalamos con la firme idea de terminar de ver los dos capítulos que nos faltaban del anime Coreano El Zorro de Nueve Colas, estábamos ansiosos por mirar el desenlace final, que no les voy a contar para no quitarle la emoción si alguno se entusiasma para verlo, les digo que se lo recomiendo ampliamente, van a pasar un buen rato, son 16 capítulos de aproximadamente 45 minutos cada uno.

Para el almuerzo preparamos una deliciosa salsa de atún con espaguetis y plátano frito, en casa tenemos la ventaja que a nuestros hijos les gusta comer el atún y la sardina en latas, dos alimentos que nos salvan cuando de preparar comida rápida se trata, es que sencilla la preparación únicamente hay que licuar tomate, cebolla, pimentón y ají dulce, mezclamos con el atún y lo dejamos cocinar, claro les falta el punto del sabor que le coloca mi amada esposa.

El regar y cuidar las plantas es una actividad relajante que nos llena de buena energía, los invito a sembrar y cuidar una planta, escojan la que quieran, si es floral o frutal la van disfrutar mucho más, aunque las plantas dependen del gusto de cada quien, porque a algunos les gustan las flores a otros las palmas o las frutales, lo importante es que hay para escoger.

Un domingo muy especial porque es el día del cumpleaños de mi sobrina, la del medio de las tres que tengo por parte de mis hermanos y una de las integrantes de @justtalking, ella es la experta en maquillajes y en tortas, como todos esperábamos mí madre y hermano hicieron una hermosa y deliciosa torta para cantarle el cumpleaños feliz y fuimos todos a compartir un rato al final de la tarde en casa de mi amada madre. Un cierre especial del fin de semana, un compartir familiar que nos llena de alegrías y sueños, porque mirar la torta y el rostro de felicidad de todos los presentes es una muestra del amor que se respiraba en tan sencilla, pero especial reunión.
