Eso fue lo que pensé cuando leí el título de esta iniciativa que creó @josdelmi... Y al leer sus preguntas quise formar parte de ella.
Una de ellas en especial, me hizo reflexionar profundamente tan solo con leerla! Aquí les dejo mi participación...☺️
A date with me? I definitely need it, I really need it!
That's what I thought when I read the title of this initiative created by @josdelmi.... And when I read her questions I wanted to be part of it.
One of them in particular made me think deeply just by reading it! Here is my participation...☺️
¿QUÉ TANTO TE QUIERES? // HOW MUCH DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF?
Siento que lo suficiente... Cómo para aceptar y reconocer mis cualidades y debilidades. También siento que me quiero lo suficiente como para reconocer que merezco ser feliz y saber que cosas puedo o no permitir en mi Vida. Cuando mental, emocional y físicamente te amas, te quieres, es más probable que quieras a los que te rodean!
I feel that enough... How to accept and acknowledge my qualities and weaknesses. I also feel that I love myself enough to recognize that I deserve to be happy and to know what things I can and cannot allow in my Life. When you mentally, emotionally and physically love yourself, you love yourself, you are more likely to love those around you!
¿QUÉ DICES CUANDO TE MIRAS AL ESPEJO? // WHAT DO YOU SAY WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR?
Me digo un montón de cosas! Me felicito cuando lo amerita la ocasión, me regaño cuando es necesario, me río de mi misma... Me halago y también me critico! No tengo filtros conmigo. (Todo eso lo hago cuando estoy sola con un espejo, obviamente.) Jajajajaja.
I tell myself a lot of things! I congratulate myself when the occasion deserves it, I scold myself when necessary, I laugh at myself.... I flatter myself and also criticize myself! I have no filters with me. (I do all that when I'm alone with a mirror, obviously.) Hahahahahaha.
¿SOY FELIZ CON LA VIDA QUE LLEVO? // I AM HAPPY WITH THE LIFE I LEAD?
Está fue la pregunta que me hizo reflexionar por un buen rato y aún aquí estoy tratando de entenderme para poder plasmar las palabras!
Sin duda hay cosas en mi vida con las que me siento feliz, agradecida y afortunada!
Pero también es cierto que hay otras cosas con las que no me siento a gusto o tan feliz, sin embargo he aprendido a conformarme o adaptarme para no frustarme! Y me concentro en las que puedo cambiar o corregir...
This was the question that made me reflect for quite a while and even here I am trying to understand myself to be able to capture the words!
No doubt there are things in my life that I feel happy, grateful and fortunate with!
But it is also true that there are other things with which I don't feel comfortable or so happy, however I have learned to conform or adapt so I don't get frustrated! And I focus on the ones I can change or correct.....
Y así culminó la ronda de preguntas de esta iniciativa... Lo he dicho varias veces, me gustan este tipo de preguntas que te llevan a revisarte internamente, a sacar lo que hay en tu cabeza y corazon y así llegar a entenderte un poquito más!
