Yo en lo que cabe bien, a Dios gracias, pero con una pequeña molestia en un dedo del pie y en una rodilla y esta fue la razón por lo cual acudí al Ipasme que es la institución medica donde nos atienden a todos los Docentes o profesores de nuestro país, Venezuela.
Greetings to all, I hope you are all having a good time, these are my best wishes on this new day. I am doing well, thank God, but with a little discomfort in a foot and a knee and this was the reason why I went to Ipasme which is the medical institution where we are attended to all teachers or professors in our country, Venezuela.
A qui les echo el cuento, de que fue lo que me pasó el pasado sábado, para acudir al medico, para que me revisara el traumatólogo, a ver que tenia en la rodilla y el dedo del pie.
Here is the story of what happened to me yesterday when decided to go to the doctor yesterday when I finally decided to go to the doctor to see what was wrong with my foot and knee.
¡Comencemos con el cuento de que fue lo que me paso para acudir al centro medico del Ipasme, sin mas preámbulo comienzo.
Let's start with the story of what happened to me to go to the Ipasme medical center, without further ado I begin.
En días pasados me caí camino al mercado y este problema de caerme lo tengo debido a muchas patologías que presento en la columna. Me di un golpe muy fuerte en la rodilla y en un dedo del pie. Pasaron los días y el dolor se me iba intensificando y pensé que era solo un golpe y resulta que me fisure el dedo pequeño del pie y la rodilla se me inflamo del golpe.
In recent days I fell on my way to the market and I have this problem of falling due to many pathologies that I have in my spine. I hit my knee and toe very hard. Days went by and the pain was intensifying and I thought it was just a blow and it turns out that I cracked my little toe and my knee swelled up from the blow.

Entonces acudí al centro medico y allí me atendió el traumatólogo, me mando hacer una placa y si ef3extivamente me dio el resultado. Una pequeña fisura en el dedo. Me inmovilizo el dedo y me mando tratamiento, tambien me reviso la rodilla y solo tenia el golpe por eso era la inflamación que presente.
Then I went to the medical center and there the traumatologist attended me, he ordered me to do an x-ray and he gave me the result. A small crack in the finger. He immobilized my finger and sent me treatment, he also checked my knee and I only had the blow, that's why I had the inflammation.
También les quiero hablar y mostrar un poco el centro médico, sus instalaciones como están en este momento. La infraestructura todavía esta en muy buen estado, el problema es que ya casi no hay personal medico o queda pocos médicos pasando consulta, debido al bajo salario que el gobierno les paga.
I would also like to talk to you and show you a little bit about the medical center, its facilities as they are at the moment. The infrastructure is still in very good condition, the problem is that there are almost no medical personnel or there are few doctors left for consultation, due to the low salary that the government pays them.

Algunas áreas están subutilizadas y otras como Odontología se encuentra cerrada por falta de insumos médicos, otras áreas vacías por falta de personal administrativo.
Some areas are underutilized and some, such as Dentistry, are closed due to lack of medical supplies, while other areas are empty due to lack of administrative personnel.

Esta es el área donde antes funcionaba la Farmacia que nos ofrecía las medicinas a un precio por debajo del que estaba en el mercado, ahora funciona el famoso Mercal.
This is the area where the Pharmacy used to operate, which offered us medicines at a price below the market price, now the famous Mercal operates.
Aquí pueden observar los ascensores que aparentemente se ven en muy buen estado por fuera pero que realmente no funcionan y los que acudimos allí a recibir asistencia medica tenemos que pasar mucho trabajo para poder dirigirnos a los diferentes consultorios que en su mayoría están ubicados en el piso 1, 2 y 3 de esta centro medico.
Here you can see the elevators that apparently look in very good condition on the outside but are not really working and those who go there to receive medical assistance have to spend a lot of work to go to the different offices that are mostly located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of this medical center.
Es una pena que un centro medico que funcionaba excelentemente el gobierno lo este acabando, al igual que otros entes que nos prestan servicios a los Profesores o como nos llaman Docentes.

It is a shame that the government is destroying a medical center that was working excellently, as well as other entities that provide services to teachers or as they call us teachers.

Para concluir debe decirles que cuando tengan alguna lesión en sus cuerpo, acudan al al médico lo antes posible, no hay que esperar como hice yo para ver si hay alguna mejoría, porque puede traer consecuencias a largo plazo.
To conclude, I must tell you that when you have any injury in your body, go to the doctor as soon as possible, do not wait as I did to see if there is any improvement, because it can have long term consequences.
