Mi Experiencia | My Experience
Esta planta la utilizo mucho en infusión para: reforzar mi sistema inmunológico, cuando tengo los pies inflamados cocino un poco de hojas, introduzco mis pies en ese cocido por 15 min, para protegerme de la gripe y cualquier infección así como para mantenerme en el peso ideal.
Preparo también jalea de guayaba, mermelada y unos ricos helados.
I use this plant a lot in infusion to: strengthen my immune system, when I have swollen feet I cook some leaves, I put my feet in it for 15 minutes, to protect me from the flu and any infection as well as to keep me in the ideal weight. I also prepare guava jelly, jam and delicious ice cream.
