Hoy 22 de abril se celebra el Día Internacional de la Tierra un día muy importante por su causa, ya que con él se pretende crear consciencia sobre los problemas que afectan a nuestro planeta tales como la contaminación, la explotación de recursos naturales y todo tipo de problemas ambientales que además de la tierra también nos afectan a nosotros mismos y nuestra calidad de vida. Hoy quiero dedicar este post a este importante tema y con el aportar mi granito de arena en cuanto a promover esta causa y su importancia se refiere.

Today, April 22, the International Earth Day is celebrated, a very important day for its cause, since with it it is intended to create awareness about the problems facing our planet such as pollution, the exploitation of natural resources and all kinds of Environmental environments that, in addition to the earth, also affect ourselves and our quality of life. Today I want to dedicate this post to this important topic and by contributing my grain of sand in terms of promoting this cause and its importance.
El origen del Día Internacional de la Tierra se remonta en el año 1970 cuando se celebró una conferencia de las Naciones Unidas, donde se discutió el tema de hacer consciencia sobre la importancia de nuestro planeta y cada ser y recurso que lo conforman, y es allí donde se determina el 22 de abril como Día Internacional de la Tierra.
Como seres humanos tenemos la responsabilidad de cuidar de nuestro planeta, de ayudar a conservar sus recursos naturales, cuidar sus espacios, ambientes y demás seres vivos ya que es primordial para su existencia y la nuestra. Muchas personas no conocen la importancia de cuidar nuestro ambiente, no son conscientes del grave daño que hacen a nuestro planeta al botar basura al suelo, desperdiciar grandes cantidades de agua y provocar incendios, existen tantas formas de contaminar el ambiente y muchas veces las hacemos sin darnos cuenta, pero, si prestamos un poco de atención a nuestras acciones y somos un poco más cuidadosos podemos hacer un cambio significativo en la preservación de nuestro planeta y cada uno de sus recursos que son tan importantes para nuestra existencia.
The origin of the International Earth Day dates back to 1970 when a United Nations conference was held, where the issue of raising awareness about the importance of our planet and each being and resource that make it up was discussed, and it is there where April 22 is determined as International Earth Day.
As human beings we have the responsibility to take care of our planet, to help conserve its natural resources, take care of its spaces, environments and other living beings since it is essential for their existence and ours. Many people do not know the importance of taking care of our environment, they are not aware of the serious damage that they do to our planet by throwing garbage on the ground, wasting large amounts of water and starting fires, there are so many ways to pollute the environment and many times we do them without realize it, but if we pay a little attention to our actions and are a little more careful we can make a significant change in the preservation of our planet and each of its resources that are so important to our existence.
Existen muchas formas de contaminar el ambiente, y aunque a veces lo hagamos sin darnos cuenta debemos tener presente algunas de estas formas de contaminación y de esta manera saber lo que no debemos hacer:
- Tirar basura al suelo, al mar, o en cualquier ambiente.
- Quemar basura.
- Talar árboles.
- Arrojar un chicle al suelo
- Uso de fertilizantes y pesticidas.
- Usar demasiado plástico.
Estas y muchas acciones más son actos de contaminación que afectan y dañan nuestro medio ambiente y nuestro entorno, muchas veces pensamos que hacerlo de vez en cuando no hace daño, pero no es así, hacerlo una sola vez también implica una contaminación, y es por esto que debemos tomar más consciencia sobre nuestros actos.
There are many ways to pollute the environment, and although sometimes we do it without realizing it, we must keep in mind some of these forms of pollution and in this way know what we should not do:
- Throwing garbage on the ground, in the sea, or in any environment.
- Burn garbage.
- Cut down trees.
- Throw a gum on the ground
- Use of fertilizers and pesticides.
- Using too much plastic.
These and many other actions are acts of pollution that affect and damage our environment and our surroundings, many times we think that doing it from time to time does not hurt, but it is not like that, doing it only once also implies contamination, and that is why This is why we must become more aware of our actions.
Hay muchas formas de contribuir con el cuidado de nuestro ambiente y nuestro planeta y está en nuestras manos ponerlas en práctica y hacer un cambio favorable para el beneficio de todos. Algunas formas de reducir la contaminación de nuestro planeta son:
- Reducir el uso de materiales plásticos.
- Reciclar.
- Disminuir el uso del agua y la electricidad.
- Utilizar bolsas reciclables.
- Promover la siembra de árboles y plantas.
- No quemar basura.
Todas estas acciones nos ayudan a cuidar nuestro planeta, que al fin y al cabo es nuestro hogar y así como nos pertenece debemos cuidarla y preservarla y a cada uno de sus recursos que son tan vitales para nuestra existencia.
There are many ways to contribute to the care of our environment and our planet and it is in our hands to put them into practice and make a favorable change for the benefit of all. Some ways to reduce pollution on our planet are:
- Reduce the use of plastic materials.
- Recycle.
- Reduce the use of water and electricity.
- Use recyclable bags.
- Promote the planting of trees and plants.
- Do not burn garbage.
All these actions help us to take care of our planet, which after all is our home and just as it belongs to us, we must take care of it and preserve it and each of its resources that are so vital to our existence.
No olvides reciclar y poner en práctica los pasos necesarios para contribuir al cuidado de nuestro ambiente y sus recursos naturales, recuerda que no solo es un planeta, es nuestro planeta, ¡nuestro hogar!
Do not forget to recycle and implement the necessary steps to contribute to the care of our environment and its natural resources, remember that it is not only a planet, ¡it is our planet, our home!
