Hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes una entrada más a una nueva iniciativa, esta vez creada por @stephi98 en la cual les mostraré 3 comidas típicas de mi país y no solo eso sino que también son mis favoritas, sin más que decir, aquí les muestro.

Para comenzar debo decir que soy de Venezuela, país con una amplia variedad gastronómica que es imposible no disfrutar, para cualquier época del año o cualquier ocasión tenemos una comida típica para compartir y disfrutar en familia, lo cual las hace mucho mejores, cada una de estas comidas nos representa como venezolanos en cualquier parte del mundo y nos distingue del resto de las nacionalidades, incluso quienes están fuera del país extrañan su gastronomía tanto como a sus seres queridos, pues, nada como nuestra comida y mejor aún hecha en casa.
To begin I must say that I am from Venezuela, a country with a wide gastronomic variety that it is impossible not to enjoy, for any time of the year or any occasion we have a typical meal to share and enjoy as a family, which makes them much better, each one of These foods represent us as Venezuelans in any part of the world and distinguish us from the rest of the nationalities, even those who are outside the country miss their gastronomy as much as their loved ones, well, nothing like our food and better still made at home.
◉Pabellón criollo.
Es una comida típica de nuestro país compuesta por arroz blanco, carne mechada, caraotas y plátano frito en tajadas, una comida verdaderamente deliciosa y me atrevo a decir que es la que mejor representa nuestra gastronomía ya que es la que más se menciona y casi siempre está presente en nuestras mesas.
◉ Creole Pavilion.
It is a typical food of our country composed of white rice, shredded meat, beans and fried plantain in slices, a truly delicious meal and I dare to say that it is the one that best represents our gastronomy since it is the one that is mentioned the most and almost always is present at our tables.
◉Cachapa con queso y cochino frito
Esta es de mis favoritas entre toda nuestra comida típica, podría comer esto a diario y jamás me cansaría, y es que la cachapa tiene un sabor tan único que pienso que es el mejor uso que se le puede dar al maíz, es indispensable que esta esté acompañada de queso de mano, son embargo el queso blanco llanero también queda perfecto, especialmente cuando se coloca sobre la cachapa caliente y el queso se derrite ¡una verdadera delicia! y ni hablar del cochino frito, al igual que el queso este es un acompañamiento indispensable para la cachapa, son el trío perfecto para disfrutar de una buena comida.
◉ Cachapa with cheese and fried pork
This is one of my favorites among all our typical food, I could eat this daily and I would never get tired, and it is that the cachapa has such a unique flavor that I think it is the best use that can be given to corn, it is essential that this It is accompanied by hand cheese, however the white llanero cheese is also perfect, especially when it is placed on the hot cachapa and the cheese melts ¡a real delight! and not to mention the fried pig, like the cheese this It is an essential accompaniment for cachapa, they are the perfect trio to enjoy a good meal.
◉ Tequeños
Aunque muchas personas no lo consideren algo típico de nuestro país puedo asegurarles que si lo es, bien sea como desayuno o cena es una comida perfecta e ideal para cualquier momento del día u ocasión especial, es un pasapalo ideal para cada reunión o fiesta, definitivamente no pueden faltar al igual que su respectiva crema o salsa para acompañar.
◉ Tequeños
Although many people do not consider it something typical of our country, I can assure you that if it is, either as breakfast or dinner it is a perfect and ideal meal for any time of the day or special occasion, it is an ideal snack for every meeting or party, definitely They cannot be missing as well as their respective cream or sauce to accompany.
