Hiverssss, después de mucho sin crearles tag, hoy se me ocurrió una idea que tenía en la cabeza desde hace un tiempo, pero con todo lo que ha pasado y la rapidez del estrés, no había podido consolidar en un material que me gustase, hacer iniciativas, tag, retos o concurso es una trabajo bastante grande, ya que debe gustarte tanto crearlo como participar en uno igual, de esa forma tu idea no estará fuera de lo que tú eres, admiro muchísimo a las personas que como @cami.rojas hacen tag, iniciativas y demás de manera constante, no diaria ni semanal pero sí constante🥺.
Soy de las personas que les gusta tanto crear, como partícipar, para hacer ambas necesito buena energía y emociones para transmitirlas en mis post, por ello estos días estuve más de oíste sentimentales, nostálgicos y reflexivos que de tag e iniciativas, hoy no es que me sienta d ello mejor, pero me anime a desahogarme el día de hoy creando una iniciativa con la idea que tenía en mente, así que les hablaré de qué se trata😍.
Hace aproximadamente un mes (lo sé porque ya están por acabarse mis pastillas del tratamiento JAJAJAJJAJA) compartí un post de las vitaminas que estuve tomando para el crecimiento del cabello, uñas y mejoría de la piel, estaba tomando tanto Biotin que es un poco más general y las propias vitaminas de uñas, piel y cabello que son más fuertes y con textura en gel (Las amo JAJAJAJAJ)✨.
Ahora, la iniciativa consistirá en mostrar y hablar sobre tus tratamientos caseros o comprados (Ya sean importados o nacionales) que ustedes utilicen constantemente para ayudar a su cabello, uñas, piel, pestañas o cualquier otro. Ya sea para crecimiento, brillo o fortalecimiento del mismo, es completamente abierto para todo aquel que quiera participar, no tiene fecha limite ni tampoco reglas para hablar de sus productos, el único requisito es etiquetarme para poder leerlos, aprender de ustedes, rebloguearlos y comentarles😍✨.

About a month ago (I know because my treatment pills are about to run out HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA) I shared a post of the vitamins I was taking for hair growth, nails and skin improvement, I was taking both Biotin which is a little more general and the nail, skin and hair vitamins themselves which are stronger and with gel texture (I love them HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA) ✨.
Now, the initiative will be to show and talk about your homemade or purchased treatments (Whether imported or domestic) that you guys use constantly to help your hair, nails, skin, eyelashes or any other. Primero les hablaré de mi tratamiento en patillas para el crecimiento y fortalecimiento de cabello, uñas y mejoría de la piel, estos son;
💊Biotin💊
Son vitaminas de cápsulas blancas de color blancas, son pequeñas, nada difícil de ingerirlas ni tienen un sabor penetrante que sea engorrosa tomarlas, la biotina es una forma de Vitamina B, que permite descompone con mayor eficacia grasas, carbohidratos y proteínas, aumentando la energía que nuestros cuerpo absorbe y explotando mucho más sus vitaminas. Las tomó diariamente, casi termino mi primer mes y pienso tomarlas mínimo 3 meses a ver si noto cambios, de esos resultados depende si seguiré más de 3 meses o las detendré. Me gusta tomarlas porque yo que soy súper necia con las pastillas, esas no se me dificultan, me costaron 15 pastillas por 1,5$, y ya me faltan 5 pastillas para cumplir el mes, como les prometí estaré haciendo un post al cumplir el mes para comprar, potencialmente no hayan muchos cambios pero veré si aunque sea hay algo.
💊Vitamina de Uñas, Piel y Cabello💊
Comenzaré diciendo que son súper fuertes, el olor es vitamina pura, son más grandes que las de biotin, pero también sin cápsulas blandas lo que no hace complejo ingerirlas, tienen un sabor fuerte pero nada que me haga vomitar o más, son de color vinotinto con toqué mirado cromado, son muy lindas, me encantan JAJAJAJJAJA, estas al igual que el biotin pretendo tomarlas mínimo 3 meses, actualmente compré 2 meses y ya casi culmino junto con el biotin, el primero, las tomo juntas pero con una diferencia de 15 minutos entre una y otra🥺. La diferencia entre el Biotin y esta vitamina, es que el biotin es mucho más general y por ende, su proceso de resultados es más lento, en cambio, esta vitamina es una bomba de vitamina C, vitamina E, vitamina B, Biotin y más, lo que hace que su trabajo sea mucho más eficaz y preciso en lo que queremos😍.

I'll start by saying they are super strong, the smell is pure vitamin, they are bigger than the biotin ones, but also without soft capsules which doesn't make them complex to ingest, they have a strong taste but nothing that would make me puke or more, they are vinotint color with chrome looking touch, They are very nice, I love them HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, these as well as the biotin I intend to take them for at least 3 months, currently I bought 2 months and I am almost finished together with the biotin, the first one, I take them together but with a difference of 15 minutes between one and the other🥺. The difference between the Biotin and this vitamin, is that the biotin is much more general and therefore, its results process is slower, instead, this vitamin is a pump of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B, Biotin and more, which makes its work much more effective and precise in what we want😍.
En cuanto a las uñas de manera exterior, aplico lo que les enseñé en mi post de hace 3 días “Natural Nails”, pero para aquellos que no los vieron, aquí de los enseñaré nuevamente.
Pack de Vitamina para uñas en aceite y crema
Este pack contiene un aceite prd cutículas y una cremita para aplicar en la uña, la verdad son bastante buenos y no necesitan una aplicación en exceso constante para generar cambios, sus resultados son visibles y rápidos, ayudan a la hidratación sobre todo de la cutícula y la uña, perfecto antes de aplicarse algún brillo de uñas.
Brillo Valmy “Anti-Mordidas” y “Re-Hudratante con Keratina y vitamina E”
Comenzaré diciendo que el “Anti-mordida” es MUY antimordidas, anticomida, antirespirar JAJAJJAJAJA, el olor es un poco fuerte pero todo queda impregnado con ello, ese sabor totalmente desagradable queda en la uña y la cutícula, es horrible, además es tan perdurable que cuando cocinas cosas en donde tus manos entren en contacto directo con la comida le queda ese mismo sabor desagradable, pero de verdad hace su función JAJAJJAJA.
El de Jeratina y Vitamina E, es sobre todo una base que ayuda a la hidratación y fortalecimiento de la uña desde el contacto directo con la uña, además ayuda mucho si pintaras tus uñas, ya que evitas la pigmentación de la uña y el daño directo, lo único que no me gusto tanto de este brillo es que tiene un su Gini verdoso que después de varias capas tus uñas parecen hijas de Hulk JAJAJAJJA, pero del resto es excelente.
Yo usé ambos, primero la base de Keratina y vitamina E, luego una capa del Antimordidas y por último otra capa de la base para ver si mitigaba un poco el sabor desagradable, admití que tuve problema de morderme las uñas durante años, pero desde prácticamente cuarto año ni me las toco, las he dejado crecer hasta medidas lasaargas, me las he cortado súper cortas, pruebo formas y eso me encanta, simple te utilice el brillo antimordidas porque la mayoría contiene componenetes que ayudan bastante a acelerar el crecimiento😍.

I used both, first the base of Keratin and vitamin E, then a layer of the Antimordidas and finally another layer of the base to see if it mitigated a bit the unpleasant taste, I admit I had a problem biting my nails for years, but since practically fourth year I don't even touch them, I have let them grow to lasaargas measures, I have cut them super short, I try shapes and I love that, just use the antimordidas gloss because most contain components that help to accelerate the growth😍.
