Hola queridos amigos, feliz día, en esta oportunidad me sumo a la iniciativa de @cami.rojas para contarles sobre mis hábitos de lectura, tengo muchos pero solo voy a mencionar algunos. Yo leo desde niña, y cuando dejo de leer por un tiempo siento la necesidad de tomar un libro y leerlo. Acostumbro hacer lo siguiente cuando leo:
Hello dear friends, happy day, this time I join the @ cami.rojas initiative to tell you about my reading habits, I have many but I am only going to mention a few. I've read since I was a child, and when I stop reading for a while I feel the need to pick up a book and read it. I usually do the following when I read:
1-Tengo un Horario para leer/ I have a schedule to read.
Leo generalmente por la noche, siempre tengo un libro en una mesa pequeña que está al lado de mi cama y antes de dormir leo algunas páginas. Prefiero esta hora porque estoy más tranquila y ya no tengo que hacer las cosas de la casa. Leer me relaja y me ayuda a conciliar el sueño.
I usually read at night, I always have a book on a small table next to my bed and before going to sleep I read a few pages. I prefer this time because I am calmer and I no longer have to do housework. Reading relaxes me and helps me fall asleep.
2- Hago pausas para imaginarme los sucesos y personajes/ I pause to imagine the events and characters.
No leo muy rápido, a veces la lectura me trae recuerdos o me hace reflexionar sobre algo, entonces me detengo a pensar al respecto para luego retomar la lectura. También me imagino en esos mundos y me siento uno de los personajes creados por el autor.
I don't read very fast, sometimes reading brings back memories or makes me reflect on something, so I stop to think about it and then go back to reading. I also imagine myself in those worlds and I feel like one of the characters created by the author.
3- Investigo palabras que desconozco/ I research words that I don't know.
Cuando hay palabras que desconozco tomo el celular y busco su significado, aunque hay veces que las anoto en una hoja para luego usar el diccionario de la Real Academia Española que tengo en mi biblioteca.
When there are words that I do not know, I pick up the cell phone and look for their meaning, although there are times that I write them down on a sheet of paper and then use the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy that I have in my library.
4- Prefiero leer los libros en forma física/ I prefer to read the books in physical form.
Me gusta palpar las hojas y oler ese olor único de los libros, pero debido a lo costoso y a la escasez de libros en las bibliotecas, he optado por la lectura de los libros digitales los cuales bajo de la web, gratis y en formato Epub para luego pasarlos a mi Kidle.
I like to feel the leaves and smell that unique smell of books, but due to the cost and lack of books in libraries, I have opted for reading digital books which I download from the web, free and in Epub format for then pass them on to my kidle.
5- Hago anotaciones sobre el libro/ I make annotations on the book.
Tomo notas de frases interesantes, he incluso hay veces que escribo en un cuaderno u hojas mis reflexiones o análisis sobre lo que leo, tengo un legajo en mis gavetas de mi mesita de noche al lado de mi cama y de vez en cuando las reviso.
Leer para mí es muy placentero, me relaja y me adentra en mundos de fantasía, romance, drama y misterio. Es uno de los mejores hábitos que tengo en mi vida.
I take notes of interesting phrases, and there are even times that I write in a notebook or sheets my reflections or analysis about what I read, I have a file in my drawers on my nightstand next to my bed and I check them from time to time.
Reading for me is very pleasant, it relaxes me and takes me into worlds of fantasy, romance, drama and mystery. It is one of the best habits I have in my life.
