¿Cuál fue tu mayor logro? // What was your greatest achievement?
A lo largo de mi vida he tenido varios logros de los cuales me siento muy orgullosa, entre los que puedo mencionar: mi grado de Ingeniero Industrial, mi hermosa familia, pero el más significativo es haber logrado vencer el cáncer. Una enfermedad que asusta y te hace sentir muy vulnerable, pero yo soy una sobreviviente y lo digo con mucho orgullo. No fue fácil y superé muchos obstáculos con el apoyo de mi esposo y familia, pero sobre todo tuve fortaleza y una actitud positiva.
Throughout my life I have had several achievements of which I am very proud, among which I can mention: my degree in Industrial Engineering, my beautiful family, but the most significant is having managed to beat cancer. A disease that scares and makes you feel very vulnerable, but I am a survivor and I say it with great pride. It was not easy and I overcame many obstacles with the support of my husband and family, but above all I had strength and a positive attitude.
¿Cuál persona es tu amuleto de la suerte?// Which person is your lucky charm?
Mi hija Raquel es mi amuleto de la suerte, la persona que más amo y la que me motiva a seguir trabajando y dando lo mejor de mí para lograr mis metas. Ella es una joven muy independiente y me siento muy orgullosa de ella, a pesar de su corta edad es muy responsable y tiene objetivos claros. Con ella aprendí a ser madre y ha sido la mejor experiencia de mi vida.
My daughter Raquel is my lucky charm, the person I love the most and the one who motivates me to keep working and doing my best to achieve my goals. She is a very independent young woman and I am very proud of her, despite her young age she is very responsible and has clear objectives. With her I learned to be a mother and it has been the best experience of my life.
¿Háblanos de tus defectos y que has hecho para mejorarlo?// Tell us about your flaws and what have you done to improve them?
Yo diría que uno de mis mayores defectos es que soy muy impaciente, quiero resultados rápidos. En mi familia hacen bromas y me dicen que por eso yo nací a los siete meses de gestación, jajaja. Esto me ha causado mucha ansiedad y se me ha hecho difícil mejorar. Hace poco me diagnosticaron hipertensión arterial y mi ansiedad no ayuda a mi salud, por lo que ahora cuando me siento impaciente o ansiosa salgo a caminar y respirar aire fresco, esto me ha ayudado mucho.
I would say that one of my biggest flaws is that I am very impatient, I want fast results. In my family they make jokes and tell me that that's why I was born at seven months of gestation, hahaha. This has caused me a lot of anxiety and it has been difficult for me to improve. I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and my anxiety does not help my health, so now when I feel impatient or anxious I go for a walk and breathe fresh air, this has helped me a lot.
¿Amas realmente a tu familia?// Do you really love your family?
Claro, ellos son lo más importante en mi vida, son mi motor y apoyo incondicional. Cuando me siento feliz o triste lo comparto con ellos, juntos somos un esquipo y me siento muy afortunada de tener esta pequeña y hermosa familia. Somos muy unidos, siempre buscamos el tiempo de pasar momentos agradables ya sea viendo una película, conversando o disfrutando de una rica comida. Amo a mi familia.
Of course, they are the most important thing in my life, they are my motor and unconditional support. When I feel happy or sad I share it with them, together we are a team and I feel very lucky to have this beautiful little family. We are very close, we always look for the time to spend pleasant moments either watching a movie, talking or enjoying a delicious meal. I love my family.
