Feliz día hivers, en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta muy fácil de hacer a base de plátano maduro, un alimento muy consumido en mi país Venezuela. Recientemente compré muchos plátanos y se maduraron muy rápido, cómo no quería que se dañaran decidí hacer un delicioso pastel con ellos y con algunos ingredientes que ya tenía en mi refrigerador.
Happy hivers day, this time I bring you a very easy recipe to make based on ripe plantain, a food widely consumed in my country, Venezuela. I recently bought a lot of plantains and they ripened very quickly, since I didn't want them to go bad I decided to make a delicious cake with them and with some ingredients that I already had in my refrigerator.
Ingredientes:
- 5 plátanos maduros
- Aceite vegetal
- Queso semiduro rayado
- Queso Mozzarella
- Jamón
- 2 huevos
Ingredients:
5 ripe plantains
Vegetable oil
Grated semi-hard cheese
Mozarella cheese
Ham
2 eggs
Procedimiento/ Procedure:
Se procede acortar los plátanos en tajadas y se fríen en aceite.
The plantains are cut into slices and fried in oil.
Luego se coloca una capa de tajadas ya fritas en un molde y se le agrega queso semiduro rayado y jamón.
Then a layer of already fried slices is placed in a mold and grated semi-hard cheese and ham are added.
Se mezclan los huevos y se vierte un poco a la capa de tajadas.
Mix the eggs and pour a little to the layer of slices.
Se repite el procedimiento en capas y se termina colocando tiras de queso mozzarella.
The procedure is repeated in layers and ends by placing strips of mozzarella cheese.
