As I began to feel nostalgic for my family and friends who left Venezuela, together with those who are close and yet so far away since I cannot have physical contact with them as a result of the pandemic. It has been a great help for me from the psychological point of view, reading the book whose author is Richard Bach "No place is far away".
Thanks to the reading of this book, which I have read several times, I internalized that to keep my feelings alive for the people I love, I don't need to touch them. I am simply happy in the knowledge that they are well, in health, love, prosperity and in all the positives that life provides. And thanks to technology we can stay connected and see each other from miles away.
Al empezar sentir nostalgia por mis familiares y amigos que se marcharon de Venezuela, aunado a los que están cerca y la vez tan lejos ya que no puedo tener contacto físico con ellos a consecuencia de la pandemia. Ha sido de gran ayuda para mi desde el punto de vista psicológico, la lectura del libro cuyo escritor es Richard Bach “Ningún lugar está lejos”.
Gracias a la lectura de este libro, el que he leído varias veces, internalicé que para mantener vivos mis sentimientos por las personas que amo, no necesito tocarlas. Simplemente soy feliz sabiendo que están bien, en la salud, el amor, la prosperidad y en todo lo positivo que la vida nos provee. Y gracias a la tecnología podemos estar conectados y vernos así se encuentren a kilómetros de distancia.
To conclude I deconstruct my favorite phrase "No place is far away" by stating the following:
You can be physically far away from someone, and yet the bond can be even closer and more intense than if you were an inch away.
We will always be close to the people we love, even when they are far away from us; because our feelings cannot be replaced by any material object.
Distances are physical limits, you are never far from the people you love, but if you want that beloved person to be by your side, you only have to look within yourself and you will find him or her.
These are the last sentences of Richard Bach's book "No Place is Far Away".
"Travel free and happy beyond birthdays, above the word always, and we will meet again and again, when we wish, in the midst of the only celebration that cannot end. So for me no person is far away if there is a desire and a will to be by his side.
Para concluir deconstruyo mi frase favorita “Ningún lugar está lejos” afirmando lo siguiente:
Se puede estar físicamente lejos de alguien y, sin embargo, el lazo puede ser incluso más estrecho e intenso que si lo tuviéramos a un centímetro.
Siempre vamos a estar cerca de las personas que amamos, aun cuando ellas se encuentren lejos de nosotros; porque nuestros sentimientos no pueden ser remplazados por ningún objeto material.
Las distancias son límites físicos, nunca estas lejos de las personas a las que amas, pero si deseas que esa persona querida este a tu lado, solo tienes que buscar en ti y la encontrarás.

“Viaja libre y feliz más allá de los cumpleaños, por encima de la palabra siempre, y nos encontraremos alguna que otra vez, cuando así lo deseemos, en medio de la única celebración que no puede terminar”. Así que para mí ninguna persona está lejos si existe el deseo y la voluntad de estar a su lado.
