Eggs: 3-2 pieces
Salt and pepper: as needed

Oil: as needed


Recipe :

Boil, peel and grate the potatoes
Then break the eggs on the potato ingredients and pour a little salt, pepper and turmeric into the dish and then start stirring until the ingredients are smooth.
