Buenas noches para toda la comunidad hivenauta, para los amantes del chocolate hoy les traigo esta deliciosa receta de chocolate caliente, como solía prepararlo mi abuelita. Para su preparación necesitaremos:
-Good evening to the entire hivenaut community, for chocolate lovers today I bring you this delicious recipe for hot chocolate, as my grandmother used to prepare it. For its preparation we will need:
1 litro de agua
3 cucharada grande de cacao puro en polvo
6 cucharadas grande de azúcar
6 cucharadas grande de leche
2 cucharadas grande de fécula de maíz o maicena
6 clavitos de olor y una ramita de canela
- 1 liter of water
3 tablespoon of pure cocoa powder
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 large tablespoons of milk
2 large tablespoons of cornstarch or cornstarch
6 cloves and a cinnamon stick
Preparación: agregamos al litro de agua el cacao en polvo e integramos muy bien.
-Preparation: add the cocoa powder to the liter of water and integrate very well.
Luego integramos el azúcar los clavos de olor y la canela

Llevamos a cocción removiendo constantemente hasta que hierva.

Aparte unimos la leche y la fécula de maíz e integramos en una taza de agua.

Lo integramos a la mezcla de cacao en cocción, mezclando constantemente hasta que espese.

Una vez espeso, retirar del fuego y dejar reposar, sirve y acompaña a tu gusto con galletas, panes o solo si lo prefieres. El chocolate caliente es ideal para compartir en cualquier momento, es especial en esos días lluviosos o de mucho frió.
