¿A qué edad comenzaste a tomar café?
Una edad precisa no la recuerdo, pero si estoy segura que ya a los 12 años mis desayunos iban acompañados de un rico café con leche.

I don't remember a precise age, but I am sure that at the age of 12 my breakfasts were accompanied by a delicious coffee with milk.
¿Cómo prefiere el café?
En esta respuesta voy a ser más extensa. Como ya lo mencione desde los 12 años recuerdo tomar café, el detalle es que siempre debía llevar leche, podía ser más claro o más oscuro, con chocolate, vainilla, canela, pero la leche debía estar presente.
No bebía café negro (decía que no me gustaba) y fue apenas hace un año aproximadamente que estando en casa de una vecina, su hijo preparo café y sin preguntarme si quería, él muy amable nos llevó el cafecito negro hasta la terraza donde nos encontrábamos conversando.
Por educación probé el café (tenía la cantidad de azúcar exacta para mi gusto) y resulto gustándome 😂😂😂. Regrese a casa contándoles a mi esposo e hija que había probado el café negro y que si me gustaba. A partir de ese momento aprendí a disfrutar de otra presentación del café.
Respondiendo a la pregunta, mi preferido es el café con leche y chocolate
How do you prefer your coffee?

I didn't drink black coffee (I said I didn't like it) and it was only about a year ago when I was at a neighbor's house, her son prepared coffee and without asking me if I wanted it, he very kindly took the black coffee to the terrace where we were talking.
For education I tasted the coffee (it had the exact amount of sugar for my taste) and I ended up liking it 😂😂😂. I returned home telling my husband and daughter that I had tried the black coffee and that I did like it. From that moment on I learned to enjoy another presentation of coffee.
Answering the question, my favorite is coffee with milk and chocolate.
¿En que sientes que te beneficia el consumo del café?
Para mí el café tiene un efecto relajante, saciante, desestresante. Es un momento además para compartir, cuando trabajaba en empresas la hora del café en la tarde era intocable, dejábamos lo que estuviésemos haciendo para compartir ese rico cafecito y alejarnos del trabajo aunque fuese por cinco minutos.
Y en el hogar la hora del café es sentarnos a conversar y disfrutar del tiempo en familia.
How do you feel that coffee consumption benefits you?
For me coffee has a relaxing, satiating and de-stressing effect. It is also a moment to share, when I worked in companies, coffee time in the afternoon was untouchable, we left whatever we were doing to share that delicious coffee and get away from work even for five minutes.
And at home the coffee hour is to sit down to talk and enjoy family time.
¿Cuántas veces consume café al día?
Consumo café dos veces al día, si no hay nada extraordinario.
En la mañana con el desayuno y en la tarde con la merienda. Cuando digo extraordinario me refiero si llega visita y ya paso la hora del café, pues les ofrezco y si gustan preparo de nuevo. También puede ser si estamos de compras y se nos antoja beber café en un lugar distinto.
Si estamos en casa de mi abuela, se prepara café mínimo cuatro veces al día.😜

I drink coffee twice a day, if there is nothing extraordinary.
In the morning with breakfast and in the afternoon with a snack. When I say extraordinary, I mean if a visitor arrives and it is past the coffee hour, I offer it to them and if they like I prepare it again. It can also be if we are shopping and we feel like drinking coffee in a different place.
If we are at my grandmother's house, she prepares coffee at least four times a day.😜
¿Crees que el café es una tradición familiar en tu familia?
Totalmente. Mis recuerdos desde niña en casa de mis abuelos cuando íbamos los fines de semana son: Mi abuelo levantándose a las 5:00 am, preparando café y los hijos dirigiéndose al balcón para tomar ese primer café del día con su papa antes de que este se fuese a trabajar.
Asimismo, en el transcurso del día cuando llegaban otros de mis tíos se preparaba el café y se sentaban todos para compartir y conversar.
Actualmente mi abuelo ya no está, pero preparar café, dejar lo que se esté haciendo para pasar ese grato agradable con mi abuela, tíos y primos, es algo que no tiene comparación.
Igualmente la tradición del café la tengo en mi hogar.
Do you think coffee is a family tradition in your family?
Absolutely. My memories since I was a child at my grandparents' house when we would go there on the weekends are: My grandfather getting up at 5:00 am, preparing coffee and the children going to the balcony to have that first coffee of the day with their dad before he went to work.
Also, during the course of the day when other uncles and aunts would arrive, coffee would be prepared and everyone would sit down to share and talk.
Nowadays my grandfather is no longer here, but preparing coffee, leaving whatever we are doing to spend that pleasant time with my grandmother, uncles, aunts and cousins, is something that has no comparison.
I still have the tradition of coffee in my home.
