- ½ de azúcar

- Gelatina roja

- Quitamos la corteza del plátano, es bueno que lo plátanos estén maduro

- Trituramos con la ayuda de un tenedor hasta formar una masa de plátano

- Llevamos a cocción y agregamos azúcar y revolvemos

- Debemos estar contantemente moviendo para que no se queme, luego que ya la mezcla comience a hervir colocamos la gelatina roja, que no ayudara a que se compacte la mezcla

- Dejamos cocinar un rato más, y sabemos que ya esta cuando la mezcla se deprende de la olla

- Tomamos un envase y colocamos azúcar

- Incorporamos la mezcla y agregamos azúcar arriba, llevamos a la nevera hasta que se enfrié y se compacte por completo.

- Cortamos en cuadro y pasamos por azúcar nuevamente
