Hola queridos amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien y estén teniendo un buen inicio de semana, yo ando un poco engripada de nuevo, de verdad yo como que tengo las defensas súper bajas, siempre me pegan gripes.
Hoy les quiero hablar de algo muy importante y es el cuidado facial, yo siempre me he colocado mis cremitas y toda la cosa pero créanme que cuando usas buenos productos la mejoría es increíble.
Cabe destacar que desde hace aproximadamente 1 año estoy tomando pastillas anticonceptivas porque tengo ovario poliquístico. Aunque las pastillas pararon los brotes no quiere decir que ya no me salga acné o que no me hayan quedado cicatrices, es por ello que les vendí a contar que es lo que me ha ayudado tanto con mi piel.

Este limpiador fácil me ha encantado demasiado, llevo usándolo 3 meses aproximadamente y ha sido un antes y un después, es bastante suave y no me reseca la piel, es especial para pieles mixtas a grasas y lo súper recomiendo, te limpia la piel y al mismo tiempo protege tu barrera cutánea.

I have loved this easy cleanser too much, I have been using it for approximately 3 months and it has been a before and after, it is quite mild and does not dry out my skin, it is special for combination to oily skin and I highly recommend it, it cleanses your skin and at at the same time protects your skin barrier.
Tengo dos rutinas, una para el día y otra para la noche, la del día es mucho más sencilla que la de noche, en ambas cuido la piel pero las voy alternando. En el día aplico mi agua de rosas (que no es Mágica ni nada pero si refresca e hidrata) me gusta mucho y llevo un tiempo usándola, luego hidrato mi piel con esta crema de Nivea que me gusta mucho ya que no tiene sensación grasosa y me deja la piel deliciosa, por último aplico protector solar ya que este es un paso importantísimo.

I have two routines, one for the day and one for the night, the daytime routine is much easier than the nighttime routine, I take care of my skin in both, but I alternate them. During the day I apply my rose water (which is not Magic or anything but it refreshes and hydrates) I like it a lot and I have been using it for a while, then I hydrate my skin with this Nivea cream that I like a lot since it does not feel greasy and It leaves my skin delicious, finally I apply sunscreen since this is a very important step.
En la noche tengo esta rutina que AMO, de verdad es demasiado importante ya que gracias a ella es que las manchas y la textura han desaparecido poco a poco. Se trata de la marca Good Molecules que la recomiendo a ojos cerrados, la verdad solo he probado estos productos y supongo que todos los demás son buenos jajaja, la verdad yo me casé con ellos y estoy eternamente agradecida.
Para iniciar les hablaré del más querido por mi es el tónico de niacinamide, un tónico súper fresco y delicioso, este ayuda a eliminar el tono de las manchas y con los brotes de acné, yo lo amo.
Luego sigo con el ácido hialuronico que hidrata a profundidad y ayuda a que la piel se mantenga hidratada por mucho más tiempo. Luego voy con la crema hidratante que también es bastante fresca y deliciosa aunque no tenga un olor muy agradable.
Por último y no menos importante el contorno de ojos que es de yerba mate, es bastante fresco y me gusta mucho la textura que deja.
Toda esta recomendación es en base a mi experiencia, claro está que tengo un desorden hormonal y que el acné solo desapareció gracias a las pastillas, de igual manera sin estos productos no habría sido posible el cambio radical en la textura de mi piel.

It is about the Good Molecules brand that I recommend with closed eyes, the truth is that I have only tried these products and I suppose that all the others are good hahaha, the truth is I married them and I am eternally grateful.
To start, I will talk about the one most loved by me is the niacinamide tonic, a super fresh and delicious tonic, this helps to eliminate the tone of the spots and with the acne breakouts, I love it.
I continue with the hyaluronic acid that deeply hydrates and helps the skin stay hydrated for much longer. Then I go with the moisturizer which is also quite fresh and delicious even though it doesn't smell very pleasant.
Last but not least, the yerba mate eye contour is quite fresh and I really like the texture it leaves.
All this recommendation is based on my experience, of course I have a hormonal disorder and that acne only disappeared thanks to the pills, in the same way without these products a radical change in the texture of my skin would not have been possible.
