La ropa más utilizada a lo largo de toda esta cuarentena es sin duda alguna las pijamas, y a mí personalmente siempre me han encantado así que decidí traerles un conjunto completo de pijama, y el día de hoy les estaré enseñando el trazo y confección de una blusa manga kimono o también llamada manga japonesa, es una blusa realmente fácil de hacer que suele quedar holgada y que además es muy cómoda, lo cual la hace perfecta como parte de una pijama.
The most used clothing throughout all this forties is undoubtedly the pajamas, and I personally have always loved them so I decided to bring you a complete set of pajamas, and today I will be teaching you the layout and making of a kimono sleeve blouse or also called Japanese sleeve, it is a really easy to make blouse that is usually loose and is also very comfortable, which makes it perfect as part of a pajama.
🧵 MATERIALES || MATERIALS 🧵
• Tela de Algodón (si deseas hacer el conjunto completo, entonces utilizaras de la misma tela de la parte de abajo para hacerle unos detalles a la blusa).
• Cinta Métrica.
• Tijera e Hilo.
• Máquina de coser.
• Patrón Básico de Blusa para Dama.
• Cotton fabric (if you want to make the complete set, then you will use the same fabric of the bottom part to make some details to the blouse).
• Measuring tape.
• Scissors and Thread.
• Sewing machine.
• Basic Blouse Pattern for Lady.
🧵 TRANSFORMACIÓN DE PATRONES || PATTERN TRANSFORMATION 🧵
Calcamos nuestro básico delantero en el papel, y comenzamos subiendo 3cm en la parte final del hombro, este punto lo uniremos con una línea recta al vértice cuello-hombro.
We calculate our basic front on the paper, and we start going up 3cm at the end of the shoulder, this point we will join it with a straight line to the neck-shoulder vertex.
Nos medimos desde el vértice cuello-hombro hasta el largo que deseamos de manga y esta medida la pasamos a la línea que acabamos de trazar, esta marca la escuadramos formando un ángulo recto hacia abajo justo hasta donde llega la línea de la sisa (yo me pase un poco y después me toco corregir). En la sisa, vamos a medir 2cm hacia afuera y 2cm hacia abajo.
We measure from the neck-shoulder vertex to the desired sleeve length and pass this measurement to the line we just drew, this mark we square it forming a right angle down just to where the armhole line arrives (I went a little too far and then I had to correct it). At the armhole, we are going to measure 2cm outwards and 2cm downwards.
Trazamos una línea recta hasta el primer punto de los 2cm, y luego unimos esta marca con la otra con una curva. En la cintura vamos a medir 2cm hacia afuera, y realizamos una línea recta hasta la sisa.
We draw a straight line to the first point of the 2cm, and then join this mark with the other with a curve. At the waist we will measure 2cm outwards, and draw a straight line to the armhole.
En el vértice cuello-hombro vamos a medir 1cm, y en la parte central del cuello bajaremos 2cm y así formaremos la nueva curva de escote. Añadimos los márgenes de costura correspondientes, recordando que en la parte inferior debemos añadir 3cm para hacer el dobladillo.
In the neck-shoulder vertex we will measure 1cm, and in the central part of the neck we will lower 2cm and thus form the new neckline curve. We add the corresponding seam allowances, remembering that at the bottom we must add 3cm to make the hem.
El patrón de la espalda se hace exactamente de la misma manera, la única diferencia es que en el hombro subiremos 4.5cm y que en el cuello solo vamos a medir 1cm en el vértice cuello-hombro, no bajaremos el escote.
The back pattern is made in exactly the same way, the only difference is that the shoulder will go up 4.5cm and the neckline will only measure 1cm at the neck-shoulder vertex, we will not lower the neckline.
🧵 CONFECCIÓN || CONFECTION 🧵
Si hacer los patrones es algo fácil, confeccionar la blusa lo es aún más. Cortaremos 1 pieza de cada patrón y empezaremos cosiendo los hombros, en mi caso lo hice con costura francesa.
If making the patterns is easy, making the blouse is even easier. We will cut 1 piece of each pattern and start sewing the shoulders, in my case I did it with French sewing.
Luego coseremos los laterales. Mediremos el puño y cortaremos 2 tira que tengan de largo 2cm menos de la medida que acabamos de tomar, y de ancho 6cm.
Then we will sew the sides. We will measure the cuff and cut 2 strips that are 2cm less in length than the measurement we have just taken, and 6cm in width.
Las coseremos para cerrarlas, las doblamos a la mitad y las unimos a la manga haciendo una costura de asentamiento. Este paso es opcional, si solo estás haciendo la blusa (y no el conjunto como yo) solo tienes que hacer un ruedo normal en la manga.
We will sew them to close them, fold them in half and join them to the sleeve making a seam allowance. This step is optional, if you are just making the blouse (and not the set like me) you just have to make a normal hem on the sleeve.
Para el escote vamos a cortar una tira de sesgo de 4cm de ancho y del largo suficiente, y la coseremos como habitualmente se hace. Nuevamente si solo estás haciendo la blusa, el sesgo entonces lo puedes cortar de la misma tela de la blusa.
For the neckline we will cut a bias strip 4cm wide and long enough, and sew it as usual. Again, if you are just making the blouse, the bias strip can be cut from the same fabric as the blouse.
Finalmente hacemos el ruedo de la parte inferior de la blusa.
Finally we make the hem of the lower part of the blouse.
