¡Hola Chicos!

Ya estoy en la recta final en la creación de los nuevos vasos que estaremos utilizando en casa y hasta los momentos nos ha ido de maravilla con los que he pintado y personalizado. Comienza a sentirse esa armonía que tanto buscaba en mi cocina y poco a poco han ido perdiendo prioridad los de plástico, que he ido guardando en una caja. En esa ocasión quiero enseñarles uno de los vasos, que al principio me dio un poco de batalla, pues no sabía que podría pintar en él. Tenía la idea, pero a mitad del proceso me di cuenta de que no resultaría, así que intente otra cosa que resulto mejor de lo que esperaba. Este se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos, sobre todo por los colores que tiene y la paz que me da al verlo. Les voy a contar un poco sobre el proceso de su creación a continuación.

I am already in the final stretch in the creation of the new glasses that we will be using at home and so far we have had a great time with the ones that I have painted and personalized. That harmony that I was looking for so much in my kitchen begins to be felt and little by little the plastic ones have been losing priority, which I have been keeping in a box. On that occasion I want to show you one of the glasses, which at first gave me a bit of a battle, because I did not know that I could paint on it. I had the idea, but halfway through the process I realized it wouldn't work, so I tried something else which turned out better than I expected. This has become one of my favorites, especially because of the colors it has and the peace it gives me when I see it. I will tell you a little about the process of its creation below.

Primero organicé mi mesa de trabajo. Para esta manualidad es necesario contar con un frasco que esté completamente limpio y seco. Utilicé una base de cartón para evitar manchar todo y también preparé la paleta de colores. Las pinturas utilizadas son óleos, que como les he mencionado en ocasiones anteriores, son ideales porque se pueden mezclar fácilmente para crear nuevas tonalidades, también se mantienen húmedas por grandes periodos de tiempo, lo que nos ayuda en caso de querer hacer alguna corrección, y al secar quedan con un brillo lindo.

First I organized my work table. For this craft it is necessary to have a jar that is completely clean and dry. I used a cardboard base to avoid staining everything and I also prepared the color palette. The paints used are oils, which, as I have mentioned on previous occasions, are ideal because they can be easily mixed to create new shades, they also remain wet for long periods of time, which helps us in case we want to make any corrections, and They dry to a nice shine.

En este punto no tenía muy clara la idea, así que se me ocurrió colocar un trozo de cinta plástica para dejar un espacio en el centro de diseño. Mi idea era hacer un vaso con nubes. Con una esponja tomé la pintura blanca y pinté con pequeños toques el frasco.

At this point I was not very clear about the idea, so it occurred to me to put a piece of plastic tape to leave a space in the center of the design. My idea was to make a glass with clouds. With a sponge I took the white paint and painted the bottle with small touches.

En ese punto me sentí inconforme por lo que llevaba, así que retiré la cinta, y con agua y jabón eliminé la pintura de la parte superior.

At that point I felt dissatisfied with what I was wearing, so I removed the tape, and with soap and water I removed the paint from the top.

Con un pincel fino y la pintura negra hice algunos árboles, casa, postes de cableado eléctrico. Y para darle un toque de amor, hice algunos corazones en color rosado intenso por el cielo y en las partes limpias del frasco. Ahora sí estaba listo mi frasco y me sentí muy contenta con los resultados. ♥

With a fine brush and black paint I made some trees, houses, electrical wiring poles. And for a touch of love, I made some hot pink hearts across the sky and on the clean parts of the jar. Now my bottle was ready and I was very happy with the results. ♥
