Hace mucho tiempo hice un post donde hablabla sobre los lenguajes del amor, y hoy me topé con esta iniciativa de @sugarelys donde nos invita a hablar un poco sobre cómo es nuestro lenguaje del amor y cómo demostramos a nuestros seres queridos que los amamos.
A long time ago I did a post where I talked about love languages, and today I came across this initiative by @sugarelys where she invites us to talk a bit about what our love language is like and how we show our loved ones that we love them.
El amor, la amistad, la responsabilidad emocional y efectiva son temas que me encantan porque se relaciona, creo que el amor es el centro de todo.
Love, friendship, emotional and effective responsibility are themes that I love because it relates, I think love is at the centre of it all.
Hay 5 lenguajes del amor que todos conocemos o bueno, quizás no todos conocemos. Y creo que todos deberíamos investigar y leer sobre ellos porque nos dará una idea y nos hará entender a otros ya nosotros mismos, h nos facilitará la manera de tratar a los demas y de ver las cosas desde su punto de vista.

Hoy les hablaré de mi lenguaje del amor, mi lenguaje del amor es regalos y tiempo de calidad, son 2. Les explicaré porqué.

Regalos
Me encanta hacer regalos, y no precisamente tienen que ser algo grande o costos, me encanta regalar así sea un caramelo. Porque eso es como decir: Pensé en ti, vi esto y me acordé de ti.
Además cuando das un regalo das algo muy importante, parte de tu tiempo trabajado se va en ese regalo que estás haciendo, así sea costoso o barato, y creo que es una energía increible, no solo te estan regalando algo fisico, sino tambien esfuerzo, y por supuesto pensaron en ti.
Para mi los regalos son un simbolo de amor, y cuando doy regalos no pienso en el precio, solo en la felicidad que puede causar a otra persona o incluso a mi misma.
Gifts
I love to give gifts, and they don't have to be something big or expensive, I love to give a gift, even if it's just a piece of candy. Because it's like saying: I thought of you, I saw this and I remembered you.
Also when you give a gift you give something very important, part of your working time goes into that gift you are giving, whether it is expensive or cheap, and I think it is an incredible energy, they are not only giving you something physical, but also effort, and of course they thought of you.
For me gifts are a symbol of love, and when I give gifts I don't think about the price, only about the happiness it can bring to another person or even to myself.
Tiempo de calidad
Aprendí a valorar el tiempo de calidad cuando muchas personas que quería se fueron, algunas para siempre y otras están muy lejos del país, así que todo lo que tengo para recordar son los momentos que pasamos juntos. Por eso es tan importante para mi que me visiten, compartir una comida, un helado, escuchar una canción en silencio. Crear momentos juntos, con mi amigos y familiares porque sé que alguna vez ya no estarán, otros se iran, amistades cambiaran y todo lo que tengo son esos momentos que pasamos juntos divirtiendonos, o solo hablando contando algo chistoso, solo sentir la presencia de alguien y valorar su tiempo que pasa conmigo es increible. Me encanta y lo valoro mucho.
Quality time
I learned to value quality time when many people I loved are gone, some forever and some are far away from the country, so all I have to remember are the moments we spent together. That's why it's so important for me to be visited, to share a meal, an ice cream, to listen to a song in silence. Creating moments together, with my friends and family because I know that sometime they will be gone, others will leave, friendships will change and all I have are those moments we spend together having fun, or just talking telling something funny, just feeling someone's presence and valuing their time spent with me is incredible. I love it and I value it so much.
