Saludos a todos. ¿Qué receta tenemos para hoy amigos? Un pan de maíz al cual le hemos abierto la parte superior, dejando un hueco, el cual rellenamos con papas hervidas, chorizo, huevo hervido y queso mozarella. Espero que les guste como quedo.

INGREDIENTES
Para esta receta necesitamos:
1 Pan de Maíz.
200 gms de queso mozarela.
1 Huevo.
2 Chorizos ahumados.
350 gms de papas colombianas peladas.
Salsas al gusto (Ketchup, mayonesa y mostaza)
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
INGREDIENTS

1 Corn Bread.
200 gms of mozzarella cheese.
1 egg.
2 smoked sausages.
350 gms of peeled Colombian potatoes.
Sauces to taste (Ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard).
Salt and pepper to taste.
PREPARACIÓN/ PREPARATION
Paso 1 / Step 1
En una cacerola ponemos a hervir por 15 minutos las papas y el huevo. Agregamos sal al gusto, y cuando esté listo colamos las papas, le quitamos la cascara al huevo y reservamos.
In a saucepan boil the potatoes and the egg for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste, and when ready, strain the potatoes, remove the egg shell and set aside.

Picamos el chorizo en trozos y los colocamos en una sarten y los sofreímos a fuego medio por 5 minutos, cuando estén listo, los retiramos y reservamos.

Con ayuda de un cuchillo abrimos la parte superior del pan de manera tal que nos quede totalmente hueco como si fuera un volcán. Luego agregamos salsa kétchup y mayonesa en la base y vamos agregando, las papas picadas, el huevo picado, los chorizos y por último el queso picado.
