What is it like to live in the most dangerous neighborhood in Latin America "Petare" in Caracas Venezuela.

On this occasion I will introduce you to what it is like to live in the Barrio 24 de Julio de Petare, a place where some professional athletes were born in their past, where the best known is the Major League Baseball player Luis Sojo, a player for the Seattle Mariners and the Yankees from New York to name 2 teams where he played.

It is an extremely poor place, determined and forgotten by the rulers for the last 20 years.
It is a neighborhood that is separated by a fast track, from the area where a little wealthier lives, although its purchasing power has also been greatly diminished in the crisis that has hit the country since the government of Hugo Chávez and the current one. government of Nicolás Maduro. In the last photo we can see how the neighborhood is divided from the building area, which is crossed by a fast track.

In the photographs we can see the terrible state of the walkways through which hundreds of people, the elderly and children pass daily.
You can also see the terrible garbage collection service (this time I could not take photos of people eating from the garbage)
The poor condition of the softball stadium that bears the name "Luis Sojo".

In future installments, I will continue to bring images and the story of what it is like to live in Caracas in the most dangerous neighborhood in Latin America "Petare".
