We leave the house thinking about the Covid-19 and we leave almost everything behind.
Fue casi imposible no llenarme de optimismo, la energía que transmite la naturaleza es increíble y la alegría que vibra a través del color amarillo de esta flor es notable desde la distancia. En este tiempo de cuarentena, cuando toca salir de casa vamos es pendientes de ir directo a cubrir las necesidades temporales y nos olvidamos por completo del entorno. Salimos de casa pensando en el Covid-19 y dejamos de lado casi todo.

I was walking back home from one of those trips for supplies, and it was impossible not to notice that yellow color that stood out among so much green. I immediately remembered that the color yellow is associated with optimism and happiness, among other things, so I said to myself: stop here and appreciate the gift of nature.
Me encontraba caminando de regreso a casa, de una de esas salidas por provisiones, y fue imposible no notar aquel color amarillo que resaltaba entre tanto verde. Enseguida recordé que el color amarillo es asociado al optimismo y la alegría, entre otras cosas, así que me dije: has una parada aquí y aprecia el regalo de naturaleza.

Since I like taking pictures, I decided to capture that moment and share it with other people. The capacho or achira flower is an impressive flower and although there are other colors, I consider the yellow one to be the brightest. Despite this time of confinement, of alarming news, of suffering due to illness, appreciating those small details that surround us allows us to clear our minds.
Como me gusta tomar fotografías, quise capturar ese momento y compartirlo con otras personas. La flor de capacho o achira, es una flor imponente y aunque las hay en otros colores, considero que la de color amarillo es la más brillante. Pese a este tiempo de confinamiento, de noticias alarmantes, de sufrimiento producto de las enfermedades, apreciar esos pequeños detalles que nos rodea permiten despejar la mente.
