How to Make Seaweed Dimsum

Well, if you always follow my blog, have you ever seen the dimsum recipe that I first shared on my hive blog? This time, I will remake dimsum but with a different taste. Do you like seaweed? If you like seaweed, this recipe might be very useful for you. The seaweed dimsum that I will make is very special and uses meat in it. Well, curious about this seaweed dimsum recipe? What you have to prepare the spices to make seaweed dimsum is not so much and cheap. One of them is seaweed Nori, you can use a sheet or 2 sheets of Nori, then 500 grams of chicken, flavoring, pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, 1 egg, carrots, garlic, lemongrass stalks and finally flour tapioca. After you have prepared the spices and ingredients above, now let's start the first stage.

The first stage, all you have to do is clean the chickens that you have prepared, then cut the chicken into small pieces like the photo above.

The second stage, after you have cleaned all the chicken and cut the chicken into small pieces, now we will prepare the vegetables first. Prepare a grater and grate 1 carrot until done, then cut the leeks and garlic into small pieces.

The third stage, after you have prepared the chicken and vegetables, now prepare a blender and put all the chicken that you have cut into small pieces, then add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of flavoring, half a spoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 4 pieces of garlic that have been cut into small pieces and the last one is 1 egg. Then blender until the chicken meat is smooth and the spices are well mixed.

Well, you can see the photo above, all the chicken meat has been mixed evenly with the spices and the chicken meat has been smooth. Now let's move on to the next stage.

The fourth stage, after the chicken meat has been in a blender until smooth and the spices are well mixed. Now all you have to add is 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour, the carrots that you have grated before and the last one is the scallions that you cut into small pieces before. Then stir until everything is evenly mixed with the chicken meat mixture.

The fifth stage, after you have stirred the chicken mixture until everything is well mixed, now prepare 1 sheet of nori that is still intact, then cut the nori into 4 parts like the photo above.

The sixth stage, after you have cut the nori into 4 parts, now take 1 piece of nori and place it in the palm of your hand, then take 1 tablespoon of dough and place it on top of the nori. After that, trim and compact the nori so that the results are better, you can see the photo above for more details.

Now, all the nori has been filled with chicken meat dough, repeat this step until the chicken and nori dough is finished. You can adjust the chicken dough so you get more dimsum. Now we will move on to the next stage.

The last stage, after you have made all the dimsum until the chicken and nori dough is complete, now prepare a place for the steamer and put all the seaweed dimsum you want to steam. Turn on the stove over medium heat and steam for about 20 to 25 minutes.

And finally, after you have steamed the seaweed dimsum for 25 minutes, you can immediately serve it to your family or friends. To add flavor to make the dimsum more delicious, you can also sprinkle Bon nori on top of the dimsum or you can use mayonnaise sauce. What do you think ? Interesting right ?
