Revisando los posts, vi una invitación que me hizo mi amiga @emilycorvof para formar parte de la iniciativa creada por la amiga @pitau, y participar en los “Tres sabores favoritos de helados”, la misma consiste en dar a conocer lo que más me encanta de todos ellos, llamando mi atención e interés; ya soy amante en disfrutar de un buen helado con su diferentes sabores y combinaciones, existen variedades desde lo más original hasta los más tradicional… ¿y a quién no le gusta un helado?
Reviewing the posts, I saw an invitation that my friend @emilycorvof made me to be part of the initiative created by the friend @pitau, and participate in the "Three favorite flavors of ice cream", it consists of making known what I love the most love all of them, drawing my attention and interest; I am already a lover of enjoying a good ice cream with its different flavors and combinations, there are varieties from the most original to the most traditional ... and who does not like ice cream?
Me remoto a tiempos atrás, en mi infancia y adolescencia, donde en casa de mis abuelos se preparaba estos deliciosos helados caseros muchos eran de frutas y otros artificiales como chocolates con trozos de galletas, otros de mantecado, fresa y maní, los cuales disfrutaba en muchas ocasiones, gustándome cada sabor. Ahora empecemos y espero que le guste mi participación.
I go back to times, in my childhood and adolescence, where in my grandparents' house these delicious homemade ice creams were prepared, many were made of fruits and other artificial ones such as chocolates with pieces of cookies, others of ice cream, strawberry and peanuts, which I enjoyed in many occasions, liking each flavor. Es el primero de mi preferencia ya que es el favorito. Comer un helado de Chocolate Efe, me parece súper rico, aunque cualquier marca es excelente cuando se trata de chocolate; es percibir, saborear y disfrutar su sabor es volver a vivir los momentos más especiales de nuestra niñez y juventud. El helado de chocolate tiene suavidad y un sabor único y exquisito que estimula el paladar y nos hacer tener felicidad, para mí es lo máximo, porque te mejorar tu estado de ánimo alegrándote la vida.
It is the first of my preference since it is the favorite. Eating a Chocolate Efe ice cream, I find it super delicious, although any brand is excellent when it comes to chocolate; is to perceive, savor and enjoy its flavor is to relive the most special moments of our childhood and youth. Este es mi segundo sabor de helado, ya que contiene una combinación de cacao y café. ¡Wuaooo...! Tan solo en pensar que voy a disfrutar comer un helado de Tiramisú se me hacer agua la boca, es una delicia su sabor y se puede apreciar la intensidad del café y el chocolate.
This is my second ice cream flavor as it contains a combination of cocoa and coffee. Wuaooo ...! Just thinking that I am going to enjoy eating a Tiramisu ice cream makes my mouth water, its flavor is a delight and you can appreciate the intensity of the coffee and chocolate.
Para finalizar este es el tercero un delicioso y placentero sabor de mantecado o chocolate con galletas triturada de oreo ¡Mmmm! Este helado de oreo, cuando lo degusto me activa los sentidos para darme una sensación de felicidad y plenitud, puede ser casero o de marca, todos son excelente, para mi gusto.

Creo que todos coincidimos que comer y degustar un helado del sabor de nuestra preferencia, nos mejora el estado de ánimo, muchas veces calmar la ansiedad, como también contribuyen a satisfacer algunas necesidades, como también hidrata nuestro cuerpo dando la energía para continuar con las actividades.
I think we all agree that eating and tasting an ice cream of the flavor of our preference improves our mood, often calming anxiety, as well as helping to satisfy some needs, as well as hydrating our body giving energy to continue with activities.
