Cheat day is always a big treat for my fiancé Tiffany and me. We workout hard for 6 out of 7 days week.
Along with the High Intensity Interval Training sessions, we also maintain a healthy diet by tracking what we eat 6 out of 7 days.
We workout and take our health and fitness seriously, but we don’t want to deprive ourselves. Life has to be enjoyed.
On Saturdays, we workout; but cheat days is part of the day.
Today, our cheat was about PIZZA 🍕 YUM 😋
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, worked in Manhattan for many years and also lived in the Bronx, Queens and Yonkers.
and did I mention, pizza will always be and has always been my favorite food choice?
The bottom line is that my judgment of what good pizza is strictly based on my love for it. I’m a spoiled New Yorker 😎
Very few pizza spots in Central Florida has blown me away.
We went to try out a new spot called Posto Pizza:
What made this an extra special meal was that it was our first time there and it’s a new place that opened up recently:
It’s also our friend and her husband’s restaurant. We met her years ago at Orangetheory and she has always been one of our favorite people.
Truth be told, whether it was their restaurant or not; we would have gone there.
The menu was interesting and it has Margarita Pizza the way I like it! Without the Tomato in slices. I prefer it to be smooth tomato on the pizza and the basil paired with it, makes for extreme deliciousness.
We started off with Tiffany and I each choosing an appetizer:
Tiffany chose the Buffalo Cauliflower:
I chose the Avocado Pizzetta:
These both were tasty and we were able to get the pizza as a half and half , Margarita and Bianca.
Tiffany’s favorite is the Bianca, so it kept us from having a whole pizza for ourselves.
Tiffa and I take our cheat days seriously, as we consider ourselves foodies as well, so friends or not; we would have provided honest feedback about the food.
We will definitely be back to Posto Pizza.

There is also a fun fact about the restaurant.
It’s located a few doors down from one of the Orangetheory Fitness locations we workout at.
This location is in Celebration, Florida. Yes, one of the Disney arms. This is an area where many Disney employees live.
Ultimately, we were able to combine a few passions into a few hours of our day and just like most cheat days, it was another hit and another memorable day where a cheat day is not of a rewarding day.
