El día sábado @stephytdh y yo decidimos que ya era hora de llevar el plástico que veníamos acumulando desde hace unos meses a la Escuela de Reciclaje; es una planta de reciclaje ubicada en la Ciudad de San Cristóbal - Venezuela, puesto que ya tenía cuatro bolsas repletas (03 de botellas plásticas y 01 de poliestireno). En las instalaciones de la Escuela de Reciclaje cuentan con seis contenedores disponibles las 24 horas del día para poder ir cuando quieras a depositar tus residuos plásticos en el contenedor que corresponda.
Estos contenedores están clasificados de la siguiente manera:
1- PET: Polietileno
2- PEAD: Polietileno de alta densidad
3- PVC: Policloruro de vinilo
4- PEBD: Polietileno de baja densidad
5- PP: Polipropileno
6- PS: Poliestireno
At the Recycling School facilities there are six containers available 24 hours a day so that you can go whenever you want to deposit your plastic waste in the appropriate container.
These containers are classified as follows:

2- HDPE: High-density polyethylene
3- PVC: Polyvinyl chloride
4- LDPE: Low-density polyethylene
5- PP: Polypropylene
6- PS: Polystyrene

Y es así como allí se encargan de la recuperación de los residuos plásticos, así como también en la creación de programas educativos y de investigación enfocados en el mismo objetivo del reciclaje de materiales. Así que este es el primer paso, clasificarlos y depositarlos de manera correcta (habiendo limpiado previamente los envases), en estos contenedores para luego ser transformados en materia prima en la planta.

Siempre trato en la medida de lo posible, ser lo más amigable con el ambiente que pueda, como encontrarle otros buenos usos a los envases de vidrio (guardar condimentos), reusar algunas botellas de plástico. Y en este caso fue llevarlas a una planta de reciclaje y que les den otro uso que no sea acabar en la basura y contaminando nuestro planeta. Es realmente gratificante para mí poder contribuir de esta forma ayudando al ambiente, sin duda alguna este es un hábito que pienso mantener y los invito a que hagan lo mismo y contribuyan a que podamos tener un planeta mejor y más libre de contaminación.
I always try as much as possible to be as environmentally friendly as I can, like finding other good uses for glass containers (storing condiments), reusing some plastic bottles. And in this case it was to take them to a recycling plant and give them another use other than ending up in the trash and polluting our planet.
