Recuerdo hace varios años cuando empecé a entrenar en un gimnasio, se me hacía muy difícil la rutina con las pesas, cardio, etc. Yo era muy flojo cuando comencé. Entonces, me apoyé en la música. Escuchaba las canciones bailables y la adrenalina que producía en mi me ayudó a desempeñarme de manera regular. Todas las rutinas de ejercicios se me hacían más fáciles o llevaderas.

En cuanto a mi gusto personal, se podría decir que me gusta todo tipo de música. Me gustan las canciones movidas, para hacer actividades físicas. Me gusta mucho ir de fiesta, por lo tanto puedo ir a una discoteca y pasar toda la noche bailando, desde que llego hasta que me voy. No importa el género que sea, las canciones movidas logran activarme. Amo también la salsa, el merengue, la bachata, el reguetón, todos los ritmos latinos. El Rock es algo super genial para mí, tanto en español como en inglés. Puedo escuchar también música clásica para relajarme, tonadas instrumentales, y así, en general amo todos los sonidos, acordes y melodías que sean compatibles con mis oídos (algunos no lo son).

Y es que cada día descubro una nueva que me atrapa más que la anterior y me hace suspirar como si aquella despedida acabara de suceder.
