Doing regular moderate-intensity exercise for at least 30 minutes per day and at least 5 times per week. It is better if the duration reaches 45-60 minutes per day.
Trying to do some resistance exercise or training at least 2 times per week.
Concentrating on eating more complex carbohydrates and fibre-rich foods, instead of sugary items.
Keeping stress at bay. Stress hormone aka cortisol contributes to the deposition of more fat.
Having a sound sleep of 7-9 hours!
