Today I bring you another panel I made of my next comic series that tells the story of a peculiar bee hive. I hope you like the process of creating the fifth panel of this comic.
Hoy te traigo otro panel que realicé de mi próxima serie de comics que cuenta la historia de una peculiar colmena de abejas. Espero te guste el proceso de creación del quinto panel de este comic.
I used the following materials and tools:
- Recycled paper
- Pencil
- HP Photosmart C3180 Scanner
- Desktop PC
- Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 Software
Los materiales y herramientas usados fueron los siguientes:

First, I made the sketch by hand on a recycled paper sheet.
Primero, realicé el boceto a mano en una hoja de papel de reciclaje.
The next step was to scan the image and open it in the Photoshop design Software. Part of what I wanted to show had been done previously by me (the character of the Queen), so I placed her in the desired position and from there I continued with the rest of the illustration. I traced the outline of the drawing with the pencil tool on a new layer, the result is shown below.
El siguiente paso fue escanear la imagen y abrirla en el Software de diseño Photoshop. Parte de lo que quería plasmar ya lo había hecho previamente (el personaje de la Reina), de modo que la ubiqué en la posición deseada y de ahí continué con el resto de la ilustración. Tracé el contorno del dibujo con la herramienta lápiz en una capa nueva, el resultado se muestra a continuación.
Then I added color to the illustration.
Luego agregué color a la ilustración.
This is the result after adding some effects and shadows.
