Levantarse temprano o dormir hasta tarde:
Desde que retomé el gym se me hace difícil levantarme después de las 7:00am y eso me hace muy feliz. Siempre he tenido problemas para conciliar el sueño, pero desde que hice algunos ajustes en mis hábitos, me siento más productiva.

Get up early or sleep late:
Since I took up the gym again, I find it hard to get up after 7:00am and that makes me very happy. I've always had trouble falling asleep, but since making some adjustments to my habits, I feel more productive.

Playa, sol y arena, sin dudar 😎 Me encanta nadar, me parece una actividad super relajante y la playa tiene un vibra super especial. No he ido mucho de excursión, pero creo que igual elegiría la playa.

Beach, sun and sand, without hesitation 😎 I love swimming, I find it a super relaxing activity and the beach has a super special vibe. I haven't gone hiking much, but I think I'd still choose the beach.

El tiempo más largo que he pasado sin tomar café, fueron 2 años, no me lo creo 😅 Pero actualmente soy team café, no puede faltar mi café en la mañana y mi café con leche por la noche. ¿Que mala costumbre no? 🤭

The longest time I've gone without coffee, was 2 years, I can't believe it 😅 But nowadays I'm team coffee, can't miss my coffee in the morning and my latte in the evening. what a bad habit no? 🤭

Ir de fiesta o ver peli en casa:
1000 veces quedarme en casa, comiendo rico y viendo películas o series. Disfruté bastante mi época de salir a discos y bailar hasta el amanecer, ahora no puedo estar en un compartir hasta más de las 11:00 pm. Tengo un alma vieja 😅

Party or watch movies at home:
1000 times stay at home, eating delicious food and watching movies or series. I quite enjoyed my time of going out to discos and dancing until dawn, now I can't stay in a share until after 11:00 pm. I have an old soul 😅

Me encantan los perros y no soporto a Los gatos, sorry not sorry 🤭 Aunque una de mis hermanas tiene uno y la verdad es casi casi como tener un hijo 😅

Series. Actualmente es difícil encontrar películas que me gusten, pero en lo que VA de año he disfrutado de muchas series.

Día. Soy una señora por Dios, ya a las 9:00pm empieza la batalla contra el sueño.

Salado. Me gustan ciertos dulces, pero no lo tolero en grandes cantidades o muy seguido, en cambio puedo comer mucho y si es comida chatarra más todavía 🤭

Salty. I like certain sweets, but I don't tolerate it in large quantities or very often, instead I can eat a lot and if it's junk food even more 🤭.
