Una creencia es simplemente una verdad que se repite constantemente… creo que en muchas ocasiones nos autolimitados, por factores externos, por lo que vemos suceder a los demás o por lo que simplemente evidenciamos en el día a día y mas aun siendo venezolana déjenme decirles que a veces es fácil caer en estos temas.

A belief is simply a truth that is constantly repeated... I believe that on many occasions we are self-limited, by external factors, by what we see happening to others or by what we simply see in our daily lives and even more so being Venezuelan, let me tell you that sometimes it is easy to fall into these issues.

Muchas veces he caído, (y lo lamento mucho) en creencias muy limitantes pues en algunas ocasiones de mucha dificultad que he tenido que afrontar en mi mi país he sentido que mi mundo se ha visto muy limitado. Sentía que no podía, que no era suficiente, que era mala persona o que había algo malo en mí.

Many times I have fallen, (and I regret it very much) in very limiting beliefs because in some occasions of great difficulty that I have had to face in my country I have felt that my world has been very limited. I felt that I could not, that I was not enough, that I was a bad person or that there was something wrong with me.

Y aunque, aun sigo cargando con algunas creencias autolimitantes gracias a la metafísica y la ley de atracción he aprendido a cuestionar las cosas, a mirar desde arriba ciertos pensamientos y situaciones que me pasan, tratando de verle el lado positivo a las cosas, y sacando la lección necesaria, porque creo que todo pasa por algo placer, alegría o lección y que la vida a pesar de todo siempre nos regala mucho.

And although I still carry some self-limiting beliefs, thanks to metaphysics and the law of attraction I have learned to question things, to look at certain thoughts and situations that happen to me from above, trying to see the positive side of things, and taking the necessary lesson, because I believe that everything happens for some pleasure, joy or lesson and that life, despite everything, always gives us a lot.
